European churches are so beautiful and interesting. My favorites are in Spain and Italy, but of course France has beautiful ones, too. Notice how many of them are in the cruciform shape. It would be a good educational project for the kids to find out why they are built in that shape because you're going to see SO many of them!
Hello to the Knorpp family!! I am so happy that I found your VLOG a few months ago!! I am a U.S. NAVY disabled veteran who would never be able afford to tour internationally and am so blessed to be able to tour by video with your family! I love your videos and look daily to see if a new one has been added. It really lifts my depression and makes my heart happy to see everyone having a good time! The videos are also very educational , which I really enjoy greatly. Thank you very much for the blessings and may Heavenly Father continue to bless your family🙏🏻🌷🌸! Love you all, April 💕
And may the blessing be with you too. Kinda weird that I'm replying to a 3yo comment but I just wanna drop by to wish you well. May the Heavenly Father bless you abundantly for the hardships you've been through. Amen!
I have noticed in previous vlogs, but very much in this one, how Asher has such an inquisitive mind. It is so fun watching and listening to him as his thirst for knowledge is so evident! An inquisitive mind is a sign of intelligence😀
I am so envious of where you are right now. What a gift you have given your children! Most people only dream of such beautiful places, and you get to live it! So amazing! Thank you for sharing it with us.❤️
I am so happy to see France through your eyes. I am half French, my mother was 100% French and my grandparents came to America around 1909 from France through Ellis Island. I have cousins living in Marseille, France. I am 68 and still working, but just got started RVing and hope to take a trip out west next year; just me and my dog. Would love to visit France some day, who knows if it will happen. Thanks for your great videos showing the real, not just touristy, areas. I am thoroughly enjoying watching.
You are an inspiration to me!!! Because of your braveness, compassion, and sense of adventure, I too, am traveling through Europe with my husband, two dogs, and new camper van. We spent last month in the south of France and are now in Holland. If only more people could take the time to enjoy life, the world would be a happier place. Love to you all! Cheers! 😚
It's lovely to see France/Europe shown through your eyes. I love how you appreciate the scenery and the architecture. A lot of European town have markets once a week. One thing I learnt in markets, not to touch their produce. Stallholders don't appreciate it ;-) And kids should always be beaten with pain lol (stick of bread pronounced pan). I have learnt about organic oil production through you today, so thanks for that. I hope you find some real jems while you explore. The best bits are always the jems you find for yourself. Take care xx
Absolutely love the interaction your children get to gain from this world you both are great parents and for a family with 9children who get to experience such travel journeys the exposure your children get to see in this world is very inspiring not a dull vlog ever! Because of yous I've introduced doterra to my family. Awesome people awesome journey and paths ahead all the very best.
Dear Megan and Mike, Thank you so much for taking us along your journey of exploring the world. Through you guys, I am able to see so much more of a world that I might not get to experience by myself! It's so interesting to see you guys settling and experiencing European countries!
That Giant Fancy church was just BEAUTIFUL!! You guys made me feel like I was there with you. Your son is a doll... he looked petrified as he walked into the church. What's the namenof the church if I may ask? Loved the "Distillery". There's nothing like learning new things. Those are some very lucky kids you have. Thank you so much for sharing!! I never would have seen all of these things and places youre showing of it weren't for you guys.
It was really cool seeing the farm! I wanted to visit a lavender farm when I was there, but I didn't have much time and didn't know how to find one. Thanks for sharing this one!
It was good to see you all again (happy 🙌🙋❤)..Thank you for bringing us to see whats inside the church and visit the farm too. It was precious, i love chamomile and lavender. Daniel look happy in this video, which is good to know :) Love seeing Esther and Asher and Daniel again, travelin'..Hope it was a fruitful visit ☺ Merci, 🌻
I just watch daniel's documentary(?) smtg like that and i recognize that he's a lot more talkative and become closer to the family. That's a good thing :)
Dear Knorpp Family, I'm from Germany and my family and I are currently in France too. Actually, we are just a few miles away from your house. I really enjoy watching your videos, you have a very inspiring lifestyle and the passion you do everything with is just awesome. Maybe you will come to Germany one day, I'd be honored. I wish you all the best and apologise for my broken English :)
This might be just my personal opinion but I would advise you to ask for "tradition" when you order your baguette, those are amazing. They are a bit more expensive but I think it's worth it. Especially if you ever buy them at the supermarket. Hope you give it a try and love it as much as I do!
Thank you for letting me come along on your adventure! Been subscribed for a while now & never commented. Just wanted to say your all are Such a beautiful family. LOVE to you all from Phoenix, AZ
I have family in Cassel France it's beautiful there!! I was lucky enough to have my grandpa take me there to visit our family for a month when I was 16.
As someone who's lived in France, I can assure you that the super touristy destinations like Paris are beautiful, but not nice. The atmosphere in the little villages is much nicer and the scenery is so beautiful. If you have the time, visit Lyon. It's one of France's largest cities, but not really touristy and it is GORGEOUS!
Seeing you guys with that French bread is making me crave it! That will be on my grocery list for sure next time I go shopping!!!! I'm really enjoying seeing all of you in France and I can't wait to see wherever else you all go.
Wow...your videos are SO great right now! I've been to Europe several times and know how exciting it is and I am totally living the excitement through your family right now. When you walked in the cathedral I almost broke into tears. Just breath taking. I watch all of your videos but I think I missed hearing where you are. What village are you in? So excited for you! Keep the great videos coming...
"What is this" is "Qu'est que-ce c'est?" {phonetically -- kess cu say} or you could also say "Qui 'est?" {key s}... or you could say "C'est...?" {say} and raise your voice like asking a question. Basically you are saying "This is...?" and the farmer/shopkeeper will answer you. This is a great way to learn French. I'm Canadian and I love learning French as my second language.
That was fascinating, I use essential oils all the time and I've never seen anything about their production. What a lovely tour of that beautiful farm. Tres jolie et tres interessant! Merci beaucoup et au revoir🙏
I am living France through your eyes as I watch the vlog videos you put out there for us on your traveling with kids. Love the blogs and you and your family are so awesome. I don't see much of the nanny in the video though
My goodness Andrew has grown and changed so much since you first started on your travels. All the children have but I just noticed today how much Andrew has. : )
As a European, having spent close to three yrs in the US and loving it there, I truly enjoy seeing Europe through your eyes. As a student I was as fascinated by everything in CA as you guys seem to be by what you now are experiencing! Very cool to follow you on this adventure!
Oh Megan, the beautiful scenery reminds me so much of beauty and the beast! any moment belle will greet you and the town will burst into song and dance. lovely video. keep it up! very jealous of your real French food experience..yum! love from SF
Thank you♥️ This video was a breath of fresh air and healing , for such a busy work week. So the nice side effects of your journey are being beneficial to us all♥️ Blessings and prayers continue to you all✝️💟☮️Jeanne
Its nice to visit the main city's like Paris, because of all the famous high lights. But going to smaller city's and village is most of the time so much nicer and sometimes so much more beautiful. Countrys as France are very old, so you can find so much beautiful buildings. They same in a lot of europe countrys. There is so much history 😍😍😍😍
Really wonderful video. I found it so interesting to learn about how oils are made. Really educational. I moved to Europe from the US I'm in holland now, but I love France, and I will say that since I've been in Europe ive learned they do bread and cheese great and for so much less money than America. You all will certainly have plenty of bread and cheese here! Enjoy!
I am sooo jealous, would love to go to see those plants. I have been doing natural stuff for 20 years and doTERRA for a year and a half. Love watching your family when I can.
Mike and Megan, would it be possible to give the dates the buildings were erected? I think that would be a cool part of your blog. (that is if you have the info. Thanks!)
I just noticed how you say two with your fingers. Just FYI in most of Europe that means the equivalent of the middle finger. We normally show the inside of fingers if that makes sense? Anyways it's not that big of a deal obv context matters but just thought I'd let u know!
Its funny that it felt like Disney to you. I am from Belgium and one time when i was in Bruges some tourist asked at what time the place closed. I was like this is a city people live here.
Oh and 15 august will be a holiday so a lot of shops will be closed and there will be partys all over the country :) its Marie l'Assomption. (Maria ascension) A catholic day but its a national holiday in France
awww so beautifulllllll i love it. its quaint here wher i live in scotland too but its so lovely france i could live there. How beautiful is that church and the singing
De Gaulle said : "How can you govern a country which has 246 varieties of cheese?". He said that in the 60's. There are from 350 to 400 distinct types of French cheese now. ^^
You are SO right about the cheese. Heck, even just being in Korea for as long as we have been, I have realized that we have such a boring existence unless we go to specialty stores in the states. But, in so many of these countries, this is just everyday life.
It was so touching hearing the Gentleman singing in the cathedral what a beautiful sound.

We experienced the same thing where someone was singing in a church, just sort of randomly, it was beautiful.
Cheers! 😚

Wow! What an amazing thing to stumble upon the guy singing in the church!
The scenery & building are breathtaking

It's crazy, how much I look forward to your videos. Thank you so much, for sharing!

Seeing the farm was amazing! Love the cottage.
Would enjoy all the different cheese.
It is wonderful to share the passion of essential oils.
Thank you for sharing your family and adventurous. Y'all are awesome ❤️
The man in the center of market reminded me of Lilo and Stitch when she's shooting pics of the tourist, man eating ice cream 😄
Nice to see! Thanks!
So interesting.... thanks for taking us along
That was awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing. Loved every minute of it
It's probably so crowded because Parisians and French in general go on vacation in August, so the countryside is fuller! Great video!
Thank you♥️ This video was a breath of fresh air and healing , for such a busy work week.
So the nice side effects of your journey are being beneficial to us all♥️
Blessings and prayers continue to you all✝️💟☮️Jeanne
I like watching your videos and picking out the clip of the thumbnail photo
This was fantastic!
Thank you so much for taking us along!

Wow that was great to see just how it's done.
Love dotterra oils. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Mike and Megan, would it be possible to give the dates the buildings were erected? I think that would be a cool part of your blog. (that is if you have the info. Thanks!)
When I was growing up in New Zealand, my ouma (Afrikaans for grandmother) used to buy a pigs head to make brawn!
It is so cool to see u in my country! The men in the church was singing a very famous (for me) Christian song : mon dieux tu es grand tu es beau.
I also laughed when you said about the basket. I live in Australia, have 3 in my car and use them at Aldi.
When he pokes him in the eye with that bread was just too funny 🤣
I just noticed how you say two with your fingers. Just FYI in most of Europe that means the equivalent of the middle finger. We normally show the inside of fingers if that makes sense? Anyways it's not that big of a deal obv context matters but just thought I'd let u know!
Not in Franche though
Is it me or Andrew has grown a lot. I remember when he and Esther were the same height.
Loved today's vlog! 💖👍🏻
Its funny that it felt like Disney to you. I am from Belgium and one time when i was in Bruges some tourist asked at what time the place closed. I was like this is a city people live here.
love the video thanks for sharing
In south Texas you buy a hogs head to make tamales. My mom and aunt used to do it every year for Christmas Eve.
I really love your vlogs, you're such a lovely family! Greetings from Mexico!!!! 🇲🇽❤️🌼
Omg, I LOVE Rick Steve's books!
It's like a work field trip! :) Such a cool day!!
I really look forward to your Paris vlogs!!!
Please thank Andrew for me, I've never heard of Duolingo before, and now I'm obsessed.
Been meaning to say that you all look like you are in your element!
You don't understand how hard I laughed at Asher getting hit in the eye with the bread. I kept replaying it over and over laughing soooo hard 😂😂😂
argh...miss the French bakeries, so much. Didn't see a rotisserie chicken stand, they are the best with lil' roast potatoes, yummy
De Gaulle said : "How can you govern a country which has 246 varieties of cheese?". He said that in the 60's. There are from 350 to 400 distinct types of French cheese now. ^^
