I finally tried this out! My parents loved it so much that my dad said, "its really good but why is it so small?? We're gonna buy a bigger baking pan tomorrow so you can make more" 😂😂 I thought it was so funny
@Fatima B, if you can, make them now for your Grandparents! I'm sure they would love them and it would bring them Joy that you made these treats for them. Might also bring up recipes that they enjoyed when they (or your parents) were your age (or younger) and you could recreate them together. Now is the time to gather "old" family recipes for your future family. If it's possible have them handwritten by your parents/grandparents, etc. They will become treasured items in generations to come. Memories made with family, food and traditions are the best!! Made these last night and finally tried one this morning ❤ they are a great pumpkin treat! I used date syrup instead of maple syrup and only used 1/4 cup instead of the amount called for. Still taste 👅 is still phenomenal. I used a mix of cranberries, pecans, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as my stir ins. Would make these again, easy to follow and if done the night before the wait isn’t a problem.
I used 1/4 cup maple syrup instead of 1/2 cup and added an extra 1/4 cup of almond milk to make up for the missing liquid. Then I added some stevia drops to replace some of the missing sugar. Came out great and with half the added sugar!

I'm making this right now. Instead of mixing in the mix-ins im going to put the mix in the pan then put an even layer of coconut on top so it will be like toasted coconut.

Hi Dani, looks good. Here in Australia we grow all kinds of pumpkin, freely available at the supermarket and the fruit and vegetable market, thus we cook it and mash it ourselves. No need for a can! I am 81years old, and I love your recipes. God bless and Christian love from Anne

You can do that see the texture & compare it with Dani's & add the amount you think it's ok. It turned out great:) By the way it depends how sweet u want it to be. So try & find out how you like. Next time I won't add chocolate chip because I'm doing keto.

I'm in Canada & today is thanks giving so that's why I made it with the chips. If my substitution doesn't work,then try to reduce or add the milk & monk fruit untill you find what u like😋

I made these sugar free with monk fruit sweetener and Lily’s chocolate chips. I also used unsweetened coconut 🥥 flakes. They were still pretty good. Nice recipe.
I absolutely love this recipe! I swap out the maple syurp with Simple Truth brand Maple Flavored Allulose Syurp which is amazing (very close in taste to real syurp and healthy) and only 40 calories in 1/2 cup.

Thank you for the recipe using coconut flour... I've tried using it before and it was a disaster as I didnt realize the absorption issue. I may even use some oats in these to add texture... definitely adding pecans🤩

I just popped this in the oven! I added craisins and a sprinkling of Lily's chocolate caramel chips. And it will be our breakfast :). Can't wait to taste it! The question is , will I be able to wait? Calling it breakfast should help!

Every time I think your last recipe is the best, you come up with an even better one the next time! I love these one-bowl mixing dishes. My wife loves it when I try out your recipes. I did not have pumpkin puree so I used sweet potato puree instead. I also used raisins instead of chocolate. Next time I will use less of the pumpkin spices (it was a little too much for me). But otherwise, it was delicious.

I would use torani sugar free pumpkin pie flavoring for the pie spice and some of the liquid. Its also sweet.
