Smoke is one of the characters in the roster who needs more skins. He needs this one but I find it funny that his Cyber self wields a Karambit every time I remembered fighting him in the last part of the story.

I love when you upload animations where the glitches kinda reveal how things actually work behind the scenes. Like 2:56 untextured default head, or the classic physics corpse pile 5:28

Outside of a missing skeleton and skin burns, he's seems to be almost complete judging from some of the fatalities working normally. I wonder if this hints we might get Cyber Smoke as a skin. Also because it'd be the closest we get to the cyber ninjas coming back.
Just like the NPCs in MK9 Just like Corrupted Shinnok in MKX Just like Cyrax and Kronika in MK11 Cyber Smoke multiplies when fatalities are performed on him. I know.
You know that they did a better job when you can kill an NPC without making them sprout extra limbs or producing clones. (It's not a perfect improvement, but an observable improvement regardless)
Hey Remember when Ed Boon said no more npcs back in Mk11 when we thought cyrax and sektor might be DLC in the future and that never happened? I can imagine they might do the same with classic cyber smoke here and the kameos like Stryker and shujinko who weren't in the story mode unlike Darrius who didn't said a word being partners with Havik.

Although the final results weren't perfect, Lui Kang had ensured that Regenerators would not be as much of a hassle in his new world. The healing factor of Regenators in the new timeline was not as powerful as the ones of old. When done properly, fatalities that would progenate more Regenerators would not, and could even kill it rather than rendering it unconcerned. While there have been incidents of Regenerators multiplying, their newfound fragility prevents them from becoming an overwhelming army, keeping their population managable.
