Found your channel browsing vids on the Fuji XT30. I'm really enjoying it as an entertaining way to get my camera nerd fix. Keep going. I'm sure your audience is going to keep growing quickly.
Respekt, deine Fotos stechen echt raus. Echt interessant was du aus den Position so raus geholt hast. Spannend, hoffe ich bekomm die Chance nochmal von dir zu lernen ;) Gruß Lars ;)
Bro You are truly my favorite in this aspect, and I almost swear that you are the best in this field. Your videos have a large amount of creativity and wonderful narration without going into small and boring details. You are my favorite. I appreciate you for this.
I love my A7II. Got it in 2023. Works great for every one of my needs. An older camera will serve far better if the skills are known vs a new camera with no skills. And I kinda think of the newer cameras ability as just crutches. They prevent learning how to actually use the camera. And I mainly do photography. It's actually a super rare aligning of the planets for video lol. Plus I don't need no 48mp sensor spitting out 100mb+ files.
Have an a7s, a7rii, and a7iii. Really love all of them. My one gripe about the 7rii and 7s is how half-pressing the shutter release button automatically exits the magnified view I'm using to nail manual focus while handholding a shot. a7iii is my ultimate FF shooting machine.
Thank you for confirming my choice to keep it. I bought my a7 in late 2014 after selling my EOS 50D and all the canon lenses. Got hold of some cool lenses, put them on the a7 and had a great time doing wedding and people photo shoots. Several years later, I quit doing weddings and I still have my a7 today as my only camera. Sold all my lenses except for the 2.0/28 and I'm still more than happy with the image quality. Needed to replace the batteries this year, though.
I love my A7II. For personal use it far surpasses what my old Rebel T6 was able to do. And much easier & better! I see no reason to ever upgrade. The main reason I got the A7II was cheap, plus being able to adapt my old Minolta lenses over without a janky adaptor cutting my quality down. Everything else is just icing. Trying to use my Minolta 50mm f1.2 on the Rebel was a nightmare. The quality sucked at anything less then f4 plus the near impossible ability to focus especially on a moving subject. Not a problem anymore!
Really good video with solid production, interesting throughout and lots examples to go with your points. You really deserve more subs! I'm actually buying an A7 to mount my small collection of vintage film lenses on, and to use solely for photography. I did consider the A7R for the higher resolution sensor, but i think it's a bit on of a heavier camera and is also closer to £450 in thr UK compared to £300 for the A7.
@@tusharreddy6977hey dude, I did get it yep, had it since March now, and really enjoying it. The only downside is the iso noise isn't fantastic in lower light as it's an older sensor there not back side illuminated. But in decent lighting you can still get some great photos with it and I've enjoyed using a whole host of vintage glass.
I really appreciate and enjoy ur content, you really make it possible to buy something rigid and powerful without breaking the bank or selling kidneys; “not everyone has thousands to spend on a gadget.
Great video, I really like that you use so many jokes. The topic was also interesting and it was great that you put the camera in the most extreme situation with the downhill track.
Bought mine 2 years ago for £600 oncluding FE,28-80 and a newwer batery grip also all original box and charger manuals etc Why people want more i will never know The A7 is more than enough
Yea. I might want the nice fancy features. But the price tag is a big nope. It's a personal fun camera. So my A7II stays and it does literally everything I've ever wanted a camera to do. Plus more! I sure ain't spending $2000 or more on a camera.
I just got one with a 50mm lens and battery grip for a steal. The camera had just over 5k shutter count! I have a ZV-E10 and wanted another camera for just photos. If you get one for the right price I think it is still a good option.
Toll gemacht.
thats how it happened for me in New york, I don;t know wether it was because of the crop sensor or because of the lens my images were slightly out of focus If you zoome in too much
looking to buy this as my main potrait camera, thanks for the review. I already have a canon eos r10 to shoot sport and wildlife, the autofocus on that is great. Don't need it that much to shoot potrait, just the bokeh from aps-c sized sensor is a bit awkward to my taste.
Skipped the a7 back in the day but fun seeing peopke talk about older gear . Photographers today have so many solid choices for full frame now lucky bastards 😂

Damn, goes to show what this camera is capable of! Thanks for sharing :)

The best cure for bad autofocus? Manual lenses. That camera rocks.😮

In case you ended up buying it, what was your experience? I was thinking of buying one for the same reason.

I still have this A7 first gen. Put a good lens in it still kicking butt

Mmmm... love me a good mega-pickle (2:31) 😋 Jokes aside, great video!
I thought it would take longer for someone to find it haha. Thank you!!! 😁

2:28 "megapickle"
What would you suggest as the optimal buy from A7's for photography only now days?

Great video influencing my decision on my next camera

Thank you for making me feel a little better about buying this camera 😂
Skipped the a7 back in the day but fun seeing peopke talk about older gear . Photographers today have so many solid choices for full frame now lucky bastards 😂
Are you filming with A7?
The video is in 4k...so no he's not
Fuji xt1 pretty cool too
If I ever come across one for a good price I'll do a video on it!
Yeah but your photography skills are just 📈📈📈
Thank you!!!
When you press the shutter button of this beast of a cam, you can imagine a guillotine crashing down...
😂👏
Sony A7 was a big reason I held off mirrorless as long as possible.
how did it work out for you?
Strong banana energy
🍌
newest cameras look so fake the images look like ai.
❤
Regarding the AI rebellion - they already are designed to 'shoot people', so... (yep, we are fckd) 😅
Yeah might as well give up while we're ahead 😂
Just got one for $200 and I’m sobbing with joy 😭
Thanks for the vid🫡
