- This quick 5 min stretch session is the perfect way to wrap up your indoor cycling workout. We'll be stretching alongside our spin bike for that extra balance while we target all of the major muscle groups with stretching exercises important for cyclists after spinning. FULL STRETCH ROUTINE (Hold for 20-30s per side):
1. Hamstring Stretch - Cross Legged Forward Fold
2. Iliotibial Band - Standing ITB Stretch *The IT Band is a tendon that runs along the outside of our thigh and works with our thigh muscles. A tight IT band can often manifest as knee pain.
3. Glutes & Tibialis Anterior - Standing Figure Four Stretch
4. Hip Flexor & Calves - Standing Hip Flexor Stretch
5. Quads & Hip Flexors - Standing Quadriceps Stretch
6. Calves - Standing Toe on Bike Stretch
