If your still are trying to figure out what Following Keenan ! is? Well my RUclips channel is a combination of my money investment. How I run my passive investments and behind the scenes of what crazy thing happen. Some just typical days in life of laundromat stuff as well. Repairing machines, buying equipment, dealing with customers and buying more property. If you want to see what I've learned over the years in my life. I wear a Gopro chest camera for a lot of my footage. I shoot the rest with a Canon M50. Nothing fancy just good one on one contact with people, day in the life type content. I will also add advice of thing to do when owning a business. Mostly based off what I have learned doing it.

I know what you mean Keenan. We had a few months ago change the top load machine coin slides so that could charge more for each run and they were set up for two quarters per slot. Found out at one location a customer was trying to use the machine and had only put one quarter in each slot and could not figure out that they needed two despite a sign right above the coin slide saying so. Well the attendant came around the corner just in time to see this man with back against the wall with his foot on the coin slide trying to push it in. You can't fix stupid, not enough duct tape out there for all of wanting to fix it.

When you said that is "my machine", I remembered something that happened in a laundromat. A woman was putting her clothes in a dryer and a man started yelling at her. He said the dryer facing his washer was his. He told the woman that's how it works. We just shook our head. Could not believe someone would think like that. Everybody pays and you take whatever machine is available.
Thats a funny story.
I've seen people wait for a specific machine. Even when other machines are available.
Hey keenan save yourself the trouble, i usually put a piece of cardboard in between solenoid and keeps it open. I had my share of grief with those coin mechanisms lol!

Question, I have the same Speed Queen machines. I've ordered some dryer parts directly from Alliance. Do you order from the manufacturer or somewhere else that's cheaper?
Ebay, for most some items I get from alliance. But you save a lot on ebay.

The Dexters are just as bad. I hate seeing people push the coin return on those. I tried JB weld on them but they did not last long. Yes take the coin blocker off that thing
What Time You Closed.
Two of my laundromats close at 11pm, this one in video closes at 8pm. Till things get better because of the neighborhood.
Did you start closing at 10pm to keep the drunks out?
Once the looting started, I change to closed at 8pm. With alexa device I can see and talk to customers still in mat. I turn off lights once last customers leave.
Alexa got rid of all the drunks. Like overnight it changed.

Isn’t lovely how people think we have to pick up after them I don’t own a laundromat but I help run one and oh my gosh people are so disgusting
