The site where I found it years ago noted that you could adjust the amount of habanero powder to taste. When I worked in a bakery we would underbake peanut butter cookies, then stick a Reeses' cup in them and put them back in for 1 more min. Best pb cookies in the world imo.
I’ve made 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies in pretty much the same way as the Reese’s one, and they’re pretty dang good- the third ingredient is admittedly sugar, but I bet that it could be tweaked to be a little less sweet if you wanted to give it a shot! No idea about the science behind the cookiefication, though heheh
I've made so many 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies that I knew immediately what that recipe is going for. It's basically just the same thing, except the sugar has been added to chocolate first. Honestly for that many reeses, the batter needs at least two eggs. The chocolate and the peanut butter have a lot of fat in them, so they need the egg to bind it together and "fry" the cookie rather than just melt. Might be worth halving the number of reeses and trying again, they would likely be more cookie like and less ginger-snap like if you did. Love the video though!

Do what they did but instead of the blender, just stir it. You can crush up chocolate with a blender and add it if you want the exact same thing, but I prefer just to put either a mini peanutbutter cup on top, or put peanutbutter m&m's inside. You do need to grease the pan too though.
325 for 8 minutes.
Cookies.
Oh wait, you also need to press the cookies down with a fork to get the criss crossies.
I love your videos!
I love the fact that Evan tried to turn the processor on without realising it was unplugged because it means he really thought it was a good idea to put his hand into what he thought was a powered food blending device
AHH I SAW THIS NOTIFY ME AND I CAME INSTANTLY!!!
I've only newly discovered this channel, but it's quickly become one of my favorites. It's the little things, like the hint of the Dune theme playing behind the habanero tasting.
You have to make spicy cheeto cookies next!
Fun fact: Biodegradable packing peanuts and cheese puffs are both made with corn starch so evan was not too far off when he asked if they're made with the same thing.
I'm literally in the middle of baking cookies
What kind?
What kind?
Would you be willing to give me some? 👀
Hand em over!!
What kind what kiiind
the only youtube ads which I never skip are the ones within Evan and Katelyn videos!
It good to see kid doing what they love doing being outdoors having fun
The habenero pepper cookies seem like they could be pretty nice. Personally I like a good sweet and spicy combo, like spicy chocolate :-D
Might help to cool down the heat if they had a cream cheese frosting and give them a lite drizzle. Also maybe some orange or lemon zest would be nice.
@@nicholaskarako5701 Oooh yeah that could be nice!
Cream cheese or some chocolate would 💯 make those habanero cookies 😋 Now I wanna try a habanero/jalapeno cheesecake or some habanero chocolate fudge now! 😉😄
Fun! I'm so glad you had a gathering to pass them around & gain more opinions.
Also, perhaps you need to make Cap'n Crunch cookies now 😆
Evan and Katelyn, loosing to a blender. Make feel a little better cause i have lost a couple of time to mine.
i love the editing for the ridge ad its so gooddd
Hearing Evan repeatedly saying "aig" makes me giggle.
14:46 hey, with Halloween coming up, you could make poop shaped cookies with the Reese's.
Got here so fast!!
I love the addition of the haunt music for the spicy cookies. Adds to the suspense of if it’s good.
I'm just glad there was no ramen in this baking round lol. I'm still recovering from the ramen "crispies" lol
I have made thumbprint cookies with homemade habanero and apricot jelly a few times and they are really good.
This is some mythical kitchen type stuff. I'm all here for it!
After seeing the intro to The Sponsor they had me hooked Being a long Time subscriber I was thoroughly pleased ❤
Minced was not found in this video. LOL. I love how talented E&K are at so many things and somehow baking is the thing that eludes them. XD
