Amazing tutorial! Daniel Schiffer would approve, or maybe be a bit jealous about the beer falling (so epic)! I saw my name in the reviews for your course, it really is a game-changer and I am thankful for the community inside. Thanks Peter for everything, would not be confident without the PL Method. P.S. The footage is available for course members, wow!
Peter!! this Was so awesome. Also P.S. Are you still going to do the Epic Broll Challenge? Ive been preparing, and waiting haha, I think it would be fun!
Nice one Peter. I was wandering few days ago if you had stopped making this kind of video that drew me to your channel - 'the poker broll' and just before I stopped wandering, here come Peter with another 'stop wandering, I still got it'. Jaw dropping Peter
Maybe I’m alone in this, but I love these type of videos. I’d like to see more, more, more! I love the BTS and talking about how you shot the different clips, the equipment you use, and the mindset behind it. Great video!
Well done! It is a pleasure to watch. The commercial looks amazing. The way you slowed that glass down before the tipping point is a masterpiece, the whole commercial is but that bit is awesome! Well done again.👏🍻🖖
Ooooooh, back to form on your old playground «The Epic B-Roll»-tip? Love it :) You’ve said several times the last years that you didn’t find b-roll that much fun anymore, «been there, did the poker b-roll, done that» - is this the dawn if a new era of epic b-rolls again ;) That happy accident with the glass tipping over, cut juuuuuust at the right moment, so much anticipation there, perfect cut :D
It was so nice to see you in the Scandinavian Photo, I've got really surprised, you have an amazing personality and it was a pleasure meeting you. And as always Another masterpiece with 24mm f1.4 and so much to learn from 🫡🤘 Thank you Peter
Wow, Peter! When I saw your finished product, it provoked an audible "DAMN" from me 😂 That we got the BTS was great! Thanks so much for giving us this peek into your work, as always!
how did you set up your exposure? It looks like you had a power portable light. The area looks dim, but the final shot was well edited. I do alot of kitchen videos but struggle to balance and over expose.? Any tips???? AMAZING Video BTW!!!
I think a lot of people just skip the sponsored part. But as an Artlist user too I think it is a really good part, to see how others do the search etc. For example, I love your sounddesign on this video. And to see that I can achieve that too, its nice. :D
Nice vid, very educational, also: I am hungry now. :) I wonder why you don‘t use a cage and handles when shooting freehand? They could give you more control …?
Great video and lots of info for me, a beginner. Thanks 👍🏻 And when you're making duch videos are you thinking of each shot and how are they going to be connected together or you're doing the thinking right there on spot?
Wow, it looks amazing, Peter! Learned a lot from watching this one. How do you plan out these shots? Do you have a rough idea for how the movements will connect in the edit, or do you just make interesting moves and figure it out in post?
Hi Peter. Really love your videos man and getting inspired by all of them. Can you or someone from your fans explain me how the audio effect in 0:11 second has been done? Would really appreciate it. Thank you all
I'd love to know what you ask clients to then get shots for them. Or do you come up with it all on your own? Or do you ask what they want to be known for and what they are known for, etc.
Awesome as always Peter !!!! Thank you so much for your epic B-rolls !! I’m more a PP user as Final Cut, but it would be nice to buy your shots to work with. Is it possible ? 🙏
Great video and a great example of how good handheld technique is important. Regarding stabilization are you using Standard, Active, Sony Gyro, or FCP built-in or some combination? Granted high frame rate 50/100fps helps but was anything supplemental done? Also, did you run into the macOS 13.4 high frame rate 10-bit 422 bug, and if so, how did you handle that (apparently it's a macOS and not an FCP bug)? Of course, you need to do an edit breakdown (to tease your course of course). Matching camera movement and speed ramping seem to be critical.
GREAT video! Love the orange light on the counter behind the guy - looked like burners on. Curious if you chose that music FIRST then made sure you had specific shots? Or do you just make sure you have some good slam down shots knowing you'll choose that kind of music?
Hi Peter Following from Denmark. Long time since you did a behind of a b-roll commercial. If you are ever in Denmark, I would love to get some tips from you to shoot handheld b-roll. You are amazing doing it. How long time did you spend on the edit?
Cheers so much and love the most important thing and that's having fun plus it was so funny when you didn't know whether to use, can or could because English isn't your native tongue lol 😂❤
When colorgrading, are you adjusting the contrast from shot to shot to stay consistent? Or are you setting up your exposure perfectly with lighting and it just works out in the edit? You have such deep color, it's crazy.
I have a question Peter - do you pick the track before you shoot the b-roll? I always shoot first and then pick a track and while some of my sequences turn out, they aren't very epic like yours..
hey brother, i am a video editor premiere pro and wanna edit commercials as well but the thing is that i m muslim and music is not allowed, So how can i make my videos really good wihtout any music. looking forward to ur reply
That’s an interesting challenge - I would say «sound design», go all in on sounds, edit them to a rythm, it’s still not music, but the right sound design, sounds placed at the right moment in time, almost following a beat could make for some great videos :)
@@PeterLindgren1 hey Peter thanks for the prompt answer. I‘m interested in the switch from my siii as well. Because of the smaller size. The scuba Diving housings therefore are a lot smaller too. But i read a lot about overheating issues with the e1. What are your experiences regarding overheating?

@@PeterLindgren1 I agree, love seeing the "split screen" of you actually filming along with the details, lens, frame rate, etc. More of this!!!
Well done! It is a pleasure to watch. The commercial looks amazing. The way you slowed that glass down before the tipping point is a masterpiece, the whole commercial is but that bit is awesome! Well done again.👏🍻🖖

6:06 open gate would make this even simpler. 🤔
I'm not sure about it, but don't sony cameras lack open gate?
Awesome BRoll Peter! 😎
So dang good! 🔥 Were you just shooting 120fps for that glass spill shot? You slowed that down a lot!
That was crazy
