Why activating the tibialis for knee stability if it doesn’t cross the knee joint?
which is more effective the plate loaded version or this selectorized version . If i can only get one which one would you get ?
personally I think the selectorized would simply be way better. Smoother strength curve due to the cable and of course no loading weights and much easier for drop sets etc. probably way more expensive too lol
Plate loaded you could manipulate the strength curve more.
