    Great ideas!! 👏🏻👏🏻 sissy squats alone are a bit much for me. Gonna go at them again with the rings to get full ROM without as much tension to start 🙏🏻🤩💪🏻

    Been making a living with those Nordic Leg extensions for about 6 months. Been awesome unique tension at bottom.

    The standing one with cables has been a life saver, I cannot currently do the typical sitting leg extension because it gives me excruciating pain for my currently inflamed sciatic nerve in my left leg (cannot fully extend the leg if my hip is flexed)

    Would also recommend the pendulum sissy squat where you clip a dip belt to a suspension system, similar to the TRX sissy squat but you can load it to without worrying about grip

      Similar to Brignole sissy squat is landmine sissy squat or stability ball sissy squat.

    Reverse step up is similar to sissy squat.
