John Thompson's finest moment. He's a great actor, and a funny guy. But for me, THIS is his towering achievement. As funny now, as it was then. Phenomenal!
No big up for cheeky monkey he was half of the act😊😊😊
It's a whole different level in portraying a _bad_ comedian and still being funny. Hilarious.
"DON'T TOUCH IT!"
Imagine doing 200mph on that rickety old Big Dipper
Brilliant
"Your act is really poor." Ha ha, total class.
I know this post was 11 years old but yep i have to agree that line does me each time. 😂
What I find sad about this is that it shows Alan trying to do someone a good turn and suffering as a result.
I like to think Joe Beasley was probably funny when Alan saw him, but things change in 15 years.
@@stuartkenny7430 And Alan didn't bother watching him before putting him on the show. This is the sole reason he didn't get a second series.
@@davidjames579 Well, that and he accidentally shot Forbes McAllister dead on air with an antique pistol. 😛
@@stuartkenny7430 Yeah but no one liked Forbes McAllister.

Quit while your ahead 😂
Early John ‘Right On’ Thompson.
You might say he had..."Cold Feet"!
Jabba Dabba Do'h!
The lady lesbians seemed to enjoy it.
Hes not Rod Hull is he?
Fortunately he did quite a bit better at his jazz club.
Is it me, or what? Don't people realize that this is a put-on?
