And, in honour of the new series, Rick is in the kitchen today making his Coconut Prawn curry - it’s easy, delicious and perfect for the weekend.

I made this tonight, it was awesome but I would knock back the sugar, otherwise a dinner winner but I’m in south NSW Australia not far from his restaurant, and we get great prawns. I have all the ingredients except prawns so it’s a great meal,
