NTTD has my favorite wardrobe. The duster and base-assault suspender outfits are my favorites, partially cus they're classy yet casual and partially cus they aren't conventional. Craig described a few outfits as "What he'd grab from the closet, something he'd be comfortable just grabbing, going, and being comfortable for the action" and based on those principles they have more personality than at face value.
1:10:11 the military outfits are real throw backs in UK military. The sweater was worn decades ago and during WWII. The vest she wears is also vintage as the SAS etc had simple vests with the magazines out front and easily attainable and not hidden in pouches with out the fifty other things they carry now. The costume designers did well on this front. Watch the great escape and six days to see similar in films.
The sloop suit is a 3-roll-2 suit. So it should be pressed and rolled, so you can't even see the third button. I have a corduroy Ralph Lauren navy jacket, lovely piece to wear. Never use to like corduroy, now I love it
I can see where Luke is going with the 3-button as I was in the same boat in the beginning. But I'm really turning around on it, especially if it's well hidden. I just ordered a suit made-to-measure with the intent to replicate the Skyfall PTS one. But I changed up some elements to my own preferences like double vent, "2.5 button," ticket pocket, etc. I think it makes the suit more interesting. As for the RGT jacket, it is one of my most complimented Bond apparel. An easy keep as it is truly versatile with nearly anything. I last wore it as a substitute for the duster jacket when I felt like wearing something inspired by the NTTD Norway outfit... a winner combo
Kudos to Danielle for wanting to wear this dress. Some things I like to see in women’s dresses are spaghetti straps or thin straps, deep V in the back, if the woman is confident enough, a deep V in front, and a split up the leg as it opens and closes. This dress has it all going on, so you know I like it. I must admit that with all it has it is quite daring. On the right figure it is killer.
I really enjoyed this video! I think No Time To Die is the first film where, coincidently, I have a lot of very similar items of clothing to Bond. Would love to see you do this for the 70s or 80s Bond films where some of the outfits are VERY of the times, and would be interesting to discuss whether you could pull them off today...
I'm all about 3 button suits, in fact I only have 3 button suits but I tend to be a bit 60's mod. The tux is incredible and the fact that Luke rejected it is unfathomable! But more for the rest of us. And Ana de Armas's dress looks spectacular on her. Oh well, vive la différence! Great video for breakfast but now I really can't decide what to wear today.
I would kill this tuxedo. For a black or midnight blue tuxedo, I must have peak lapels. Peak lapels are more formal than shawl lapels. And of course, anything with two buttons and notch lapels are a business suit masquerading as a tuxedo. The notch lapel is too sporting in nature and should never appear on a tuxedo. However, the white dinner jacket is a warm weather alternative only and is less formal than the black or midnight blue tuxedos. In this case, the less formal shawl lapel is a perfect fit for the less formal white dinner jacket. Just some of my thought on black tie.
For once I lucked into a screen accurate Bond brand, in the Orlebar Brown OB-T! I have had it for a while, and it just gets better with age. It is the sheerest tee I own, though one of my favorites!
PTS Spectre T'he window pane' I the best looking suit in the Creig era, without question. To be fair, I only wear suits for wedding's & funerals, so I will say at the end of Caseno Royale when he shoot's mr White the three piece suit take some beating as Greig wears that like he owns it.
Amazing, this just popped in as I stepped in to the hot tub for a couple of hours relaxation. Perfect timing. If only I had an assistant who could deliver martinis 🍸😉
David, what is your experience getting jackets tailored, as you mentioned with the Barbour? I think we are similar size (I'm 5'9" 41 chest 32 waist) so most jackets fit like a tent. I get shirts tailored but didn't know it was an option with jackets.
More keep or kill for the Craig era movies please! No time to die's wardrobe doesn't excite me that much, but definitely interested to hear your opinions on the previous movies! I have no issue with the length either!
Ana de Armas. Her dress looks amazing on her. Standing next to her whilst she’s wearing it she looked amazing. The color actually has a slight hint of purple.
Love the watch, not only do I think its the best looking Bond Watch so far (Just a personal opinion), its joint first with my all time favourite, there are not many Items i like in No Time To Die apart from the glen-check pattern Suit worn in London, I also like the blue military style jumper by N.Peal, but i'd probably wear the Blue Royal Navy version for a snippet of the price (I had the Army Green version as a Cadet and they are a brilliant jumper)
The Connolly jacket could be another half inch longer, but I have found myself wearing it quite often. I've probably worn it over a dozen times. I tried to like the Barbour, but the collar killed it for me. I looked in the mirror and saw Chekov from Star Trek 3 with the Little Lord Fauntleroy collar. With regard to the RgT, I wasn't a fan of the waxed canvas, but managed to source an unwaxed copper coloured version from a previous season along with a cotton-linen version made by a different company several years ago.
M's overcoat made a very NYPD Blue impression on me. And I like NYPD Blue and its fashion. It just doesn't seem to fit. If its an Argo type of intelligence role, or Zero Dark Thirty, I think the coat fits. Even Bourne. Not the Alex Baldwin character in the MI films, and not here in this version of M. But maybe the film changes my mind.
I can’t stand three button suits either, but technically, the Massimo Alba suit is a three roll two which I can live with because it functions like a two button suit.
I absolutely hate the high waist look. If I remember right Katy Perry popped it off, damn her. In high school, the pants were worn LOW with thong straps and all. It was beautiful.

That TUX is absolutely gorgeous. My second favorite after the Skyfall one. it reminds me of the Dr. No one.
The TB Jamaican outfit is one of my favorites and I can’t explain why
I like this one as well. Very easy to replicate!
I'd absolutely love a series of keep or kill videos! Great video as always David (and Luke!)
Thanks, Miles!

It's a beautiful suit for sure!
This was great! Would love to see a Keep/Kill for other films - funny I just texted Luke this before I watched all the way through!
Hopefully David will have me!! You heard it hear first, David. Give the people what they want!
Big fan of this YT channel and got inspired to buy Sunspel and OB after watching some of these video's! Keep up the good work!
Great sat night viewing thanks!
Thanks for watching!

I always think of Batman when there’s a 3 button jacket. A little 90s.
Great video. Bring on some more David and Luke.
We appreciate you, Grant!!

Had to bring a little controversy to David’s channel! 😂
Ana will be heart broken! 😆
@@BondsApartment As long as it looks good on you that’s all that matters.😉

NEW trailer from James Bond 007 exclaiming that BOND IS BACK (he never left) in cinemas in October! ruclips.net/video/tTkJQh1_yQY/видео.html

love it!! nice to meet you Luke!
Thanks, Vlad! You as well!
A great review/discussion, and great you included non-Bond character’s outfits as well.
Glad you liked it, Nick!

Awesome video! Great job, guys!
Thank you!
This Keep or Kill idea was great.
Thanks for the entertainment Mr. Zaritsky!
All the items I own here you guys both kept! Hell yeah.
Love that!!
So, will the navy swim trunks be re-released closer to the film release?

Agreed 100% with the Connolly.
Another fun, interesting episode. David is M. of the Bond community, he’s the man!
Glad you liked it! David is absolutely the man
I'd definitely love to see a Keep or Kill series of all the movies!
Is there gonna be a bond day like last year?
That was awesomeness , so good thank you
That RGT jacket is very cool. Getting it to the UK however is not so cool lol
Keep/Kill is a great idea. A little lengthy of a vid, though. Overall, I enjoyed comparing opinions.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed!
I would have preferred the duster replaced with the Barbour To Ki To.
GOOD call!
Every time I see that font I start singing the LOVE BOAT theme...
David, I think the Commando sweater would work better with a mock turtle neck underneath.
Great video!
57:19 We gotta make sure Bond looks better than everyone else, so we'll ruin M's suit by putting a drab overcoat on it...
M's overcoat made a very NYPD Blue impression on me. And I like NYPD Blue and its fashion. It just doesn't seem to fit. Agreed! M could've had something a little more stylish.
Both of these guys could play Bond.
11:23 The way Daniel Craig is standing. He's sort of doing a Sean Connery pose.
Do this more. More this this more
I can’t stand three button suits either, but technically, the Massimo Alba suit is a three roll two which I can live with because it functions like a two button suit.
Excellent point!
I saw a picture where he had the top button buttoned.
Palladium boots?! Which style? I've been wearing Palladiums for decades.
Hopefully we'll have more info on the style and color soon!
You sure that bahama t shirt is OB? It looks a lot like the neck and sleeves of Rag & Bone. It would be cropped a lot if OB.. def not their hem.
Keep or kill starts at 4:25
Been waiting that long the fashions are already dated
😁Only joking
Bond style is ageless even safari suits 🕶️
🤣
Wait until you see the cellphones in the film!
@@BondsApartment just subbed to your channel after this 👍
@@garybryant1501 Thanks Gary! I appreciate you!!
Does this movie actually exist?
Not sure yet..
Rami... son of Dr No?
I would be like these guys, except for my modicum of self control.
Always good to have self control…. I’m still trying to learn that trick. 😉
I agree with David, a trick I haven’t mastered…yet
@@BondsApartment I did say modicum. All it would take would be an Omega watch and I’d be over the edge.
I can rock duster
🤠 👍👍
Q's wardrobe needs more love.
I can rock short swim trunks
Rock away! 😎👍
I’d like to think I can too..maybe
I absolutely hate the high waist look. If I remember right Katy Perry popped it off, damn her.

This was a huge mistake, putting Bond in a chord suit brings up huge red flag !
