Love the Bronco!!!! I took mine for a walk last night with the family after dinner!!! Love taking RC's for walks, lots of stuff to drive on and no mess to clean up!!!🤣🤣🤣 I haven't nodded mine yet. I do like the bowhouse lcg battery tray, I have one in my sport and it has helps tons.
I just cut off the little nubs on the stock servo mount. Slid my new savox over and centered it. Reinstalled the servo screws. I believe the stock servo mount is much stronger. Now i have to return the bow house one. Worked for me!!
I think that new battery case jas the problem that moves the battery more to the back (in case of a big battery) and this is not good for rollover angle. Central replacement is more irregular than stock one and this may hang more, that is a relevant problem, I don't think is a good upgrade...
So I watched your unboxing, and I thought I heard you say it was staying stock or maybe a few upgrades LOL, so what is next not a lot to do now ???, If I remember rightly the part that unscrews on the front of the stock skid plate is because one of the other bodied TRX chassis had a longer front skid the Defender I think I could be wrong though a long time since I have looked underneath one and as I have no TRX4 or any crawlers I can not check easily.
LoL yeah I always plan to keep new stuff stock and simple but it never works out that way. So far the Arrma Typhon is still stock and I’ve had that for about a month now.
The only thing I don’t like about the Bowhouse skid is that the spur gear is exposed to the elements, right? Fine on a comp truck but a trail rig not so much
The skip plate don't convince me to much, in have the TRX4 kit and never have the problem, the only issues i have the hang more in the axles, i put a skip plate there, to protect the axles housing
Yeah, the others make sense but I don't see the benefit of the skid plate. If anything it looks like the Bowhouse skid plate has more contours to get hung up on.
If you compress the rear suspension straight down, the upper links will actually contact the batt tray, it only does this under even compression, not one wheel being compressed to max at a time, so I don’t think it would ever be an issue
Can you explain how you installed that motor? like what parameters you set the ESC to and did you need to do anything with stock controller? I'm looking to do the same since the stock motors keep burning out.

The battery tray is super easy to install and works well too.
That was a really cool shot when you went over the camera, just listening to the truck and watching the driveshafts move 👍
Yeah I liked that shot too.
Agreed!

That underbelly shot was awesome!
Sam seems like a pretty chill cat...
Cheers👍
Yeah I love that dude.
Bronco is working great with that HB fusion set up. Nice work Joe 👌
I've been running the lcg battery tray and skid plate for a couple years now on my 14lb trx4 and they are solid
Very informative video. Luv the course you got there. Nice work!
Great video on the new Bronco :) I was recently allowed to unpack the vehicle and was very excited. I think the yellow is nicer than the red :)
I've always thought about doing the bow house skid but the stock skid just works so good. Mine is like so worn its perfectly smooth!🤣🤣🤣
😃😃
@@ExocagedRC I'll have to send you a picture one day lol. Even the plastic rod ends are worn down smooth 🤣🤣🤣
But it literally has a million scale miles on it.
Kitty!!! Totally need more cats in the videos
Sometimes he shows up for work and other times he just lays out. 😃😃
Yeah he knows he can call in sick whenever and never get fired haha
Working on r/c when one of my cats wants to help can be interesting.

Good points
Are you coming to the west coast anytime? Proline by the fire maybe??
I wish

Great video and awesome crawling course great stuff as always.✌️
I loved the under body shots. That course looks like a blast.

It looks enclosed to me unless I missed something.
@@ExocagedRC must have missed that. Looked like a hole
Sweeet kitty big motor to say is that Sam.
Great video!! Bronco looks great!!!
Gotta love the BowHouse stuff!👍🏼
Can't believe you didn't swap in a better servo as it was all apart!
Early bird here ha
Good job Joe!!!
Would love to have one of those motors, so sick man.
Error 404: Driver Mod not found
Jk love your content as always keep it up
Looks great
Great video as always!! Thanks for sharing!!
Awesome video buddy
If you could do this video over, would you start with the skid? Seems like you went in reverse order LoL
I went easiest to hardest on this install but yeah I usually start out with the hardest part first.
Go Sam! 😎🤣
😃😃
nice trail!👍
I will like to to tell me if I put the battery in front is it better for climbing or not?I have trx4sport .Nice watching your videos
Pls tell me you got the new element knightrunner got one myself and wanna see what you do with it, love the videos btw🤙🏻
I have not got that one ordered yet. The body is super nice but it’s the same as my TrailRunner from what I can see.
Not really seing the point of the skid great video Joe take care
Man I’m torn! Trx4 2021 bronco and light kit or the trx6. Same price if I buy the light kit for the bronco

does the battery tray limit suspension up travel? Like links hitting the tray on compression?
I didn’t see any clearance issues with this.
If you compress the rear suspension straight down, the upper links will actually contact the batt tray, it only does this under even compression, not one wheel being compressed to max at a time, so I don’t think it would ever be an issue
Just wondering, does this work on the trx 6 too? Thanks!
Yep
Can you explain how you installed that motor? like what parameters you set the ESC to and did you need to do anything with stock controller? I'm looking to do the same since the stock motors keep burning out.
Sam lol the real beast
LoL yep!
was it early in the morning when you recorded this
Possible. Either early morning or late evening.
@@ExocagedRC oh. When u were doing the installs you sounded exhausted
Do you lose any rear suspension travel with the lcg mount
like the ending, what exo cat name again?
That is Sam
Bronco or element ecto? What the best?
Nice 👍
Any updates on the trx4 21 bronco?
It collects dust.
Amazing gooood jop 😍😍
Now that’s why I started watching your channel! Parts the “average” scaler will upgrade… sorry but you lost me with all the vivaton infomercials
Gotta get the redcat marksman! 100x the crawler of the trx4. Cause the trx4 mold is such an old, tired design.
Lol there's a reason why the trx4 design is still the same, they're still the top performaning rtrs and hands down the most durable.
I'd take the axial over this
