    Wow, this is a best stress relief asana .....after each study intervals I will do "savasana" for atleast 5 mins.... Thankyou Hansa maa , Neha Ma'am and Ananya Ma'am for this beautiful asana ❤️❤️

    Please make video on instant energy drink which we can have while doing exercise. I am a T.B patient that why doctor suggested me to do exercise at least 2 hours in a day but I don't have that much energy so please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Namasteji, Relaxing asanas are done to calm the mind and quiet ourselves, depressed people are already quiet and doing these asanas will quiet them and put in a shell. It is better if they do asanas that elevate their minds and not further quiet them.

      Namaste Yolaji, our mind wanders a lot during meditation (this goes for all meditation styles). This can trigger anxiety, especially if the attention wanders to thoughts that increase anxiety, increasing the symptoms of depression.
