I took the stock trans out before I’d even powered it up and put in the low speed trans. I’m glad it’s that slow. I like to drive scale on scalers and having to bump up stuff eh not for me. For its size it’s maybe a scale 20 mph now? Barely taxes the motor and esc and longer run time. Would like to do a second one as a monster truck with the high speed trans and an aftermarket motor.

I would definitely like to see this chassis moded to be a capable crawler. Especially with a lightweight body on it.

I think having some speed is good and just adds to the fun. Thanks so much for sharing your results with the different gearing. It's perfect right out of the box. Maybe some head lights and after market bumpers. Oh yes the trailer is a Perfect upgrade item. Great job sharing the true capabilities of this RC. 👍
Had to bust out the calculator to figure out scale speed, it is MOVING with the speed gears installed in a scale perspective. And that Grey Bronco body 👌🏽

Yep, very important to have a beer handy while on a trail.
A can does fit in the trailer! Cpl straps and should be good to go!!! Had to check for myself with a can of dew...not a beer guy!!! 🍺

The pinion in all transmissions is the same as far as I know. 11 tooth. I didn't replace mine with the crawl gears
This truck needs a sensored brushless combo for it and it will be great slow crawl and high speed like furitek combo.

Can u use the high speed pinion with the low speed or stock gears? Try to close the gap of the extremes with the gearing?

My white bronco has every upgrade i can think of. Its just a thing i do sometimes. It sure crawls good now.
I want a trx4m high country
but will the shocks fit on the scx24? i havent gotten my trx4m yet.. and i wonder if we could use some of those Tamiya motors they have for their non rc cars?

Ok I just bought the exact same thing and am having an issue with steering. When I fully crank the steering it will kinda skip and hop but it gets even worse when I take it in water. If anyone else has dealt with this please let me know.

Pro tip: put ur car next to a space heater on low for a couple hours and any water will escape the plastic and electronics

You should know being a rc guy, blue gears are always faster.
I got mine and this is a nice little truck, specially the way the suspension works, if you get close enough to the truck when filming, it reacts like a real truck 👍
