After using a couple of the Hitman 2 Easter eggs in my countdown of the top 100 Easter eggs of all time, I decided that Hitman 2 really did deserve an Easter egg video all to itself! Enjoy! My Twitter: goo.gl/cfY1co and Instagram: goo.gl/yynZuD Much love x
@@ZwoolkTheNarwhale You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into each individual map to make them feel unique and inspired. It's incredible to see how far they've come, the advancement of technology has made their games look beautiful.
about the reference at: 6:51 yes it is PUBG, its has the level 3 backpack the frying pan, and the soda (a health item in PUBG) and a couple more pubg stuff
Also, I realized that they were the ones playing the Hitman live action challenge, so I think that's a reference to that. And maybe other names are references to that video as well?
Did you mention that the "Sacrificial Knife" secret was actually a reference in Indiana Jones? If you didn't, then here's why: In the first movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark, he was doing something, and arguing with someone, when he yells "It belongs in a museum!", Which is what the achievement/trophy is called.
I found a nice little detail in the Hawke's Bay mission. If you go to the bathroom downstairs and go on the weight scale you can mesure your weight. Your weight is "470". Obviusly, it's a reference to the agent 47
I never even thought about shooting Sierra's car... and I didn't even until recently know you could shoot down just about every hanging light in the game.. it really is true the world is your weapon.
In the Whittleton Creek mission you ring the door bell several times to the house with the basement that has the explosives and you find a suit of armour behind the sealed door with an axe later found in Isle of Sgail mission.
That Pubg one is 100% a reference to it, the frying pan is obvious, there are also energy drinks and that bag is suspiciously similar to level 3 bag from Pubg I believe
Fun fact: there’s actually 2 breaking bad references one is in whittleton creek where this is a pizza referencing when Walter threw a pizza on his roof another one is you need the expansion pass like me in sapienza in the underground laboratory if you put 3 body’s in acid you will complete the challenge the Heisenberg which is a reference to Walter whites alter counter part
On the Outside Xbox board joke, J Doug is a reference to Jane Douglas, another host on outside Xbox. Also all the causes of death are related to their play styles
Andy's thing says "could not diagnose" and mikes thing says "burns, exploded" referencing their preffered ways to play hitman: Andy's the stealthy player, while Mike always tries to blow people up.
That's awesome! Hehe came to see how creative and crazy my colleagues are, did not get disappointed at all! :D btw got a few more. Under the legacy suitcase 47 wrote his number along with my gamer tag :P Also the names on the miami scoreboards are from IO devs ;)
The Stig! I dearly love this one. Seriously. I even came up with my own outro. Although it's more Jeremy Clarkson than Diana: Some say that he has...no emotions. And that all of his bullets have...their own names. All we know is, his name, is 47.
8:03 the achievement it says "it belong in a museum" its a reference from indiana jones right?don't know if anyone mention it before just to lazy to read all of the comment XD
3:16 Oh, interesting. On another video I saw about this easter egg, Diana referenced the Paris Catwalk form Hitman. Is the dialogue randomly triggered or is it based on the preferences of the player?
8:00 I think that achievement might be a nod to a mission in Assassins Creed Unity, that was also named it belongs in a museum. The mission was very popular as it was extremely easy and gave you a lot of money.
well, it would seem like that if you don't consider that the assassins creed mission itself was a reference to the famous line from Indiana jones, which this achievement in all likelihood was a reference to as well.
Yo, i played 'Freedom Fighters' back when i was like 5 because my dad had it. It makes me rather happy to see a game i love get referenced in a game that is popular
In Whittleton Creek if you go to one of the house (I can't pronounce it) get the key for it and open the garage and ring the bell 5 times and go to the basement you should see the vault open from one of the mission stories
That and the golden idol itself could be a reference to Hitman: Codename 47. In the Columbia map you had to find a gold idol and bring it back to the native tribe.
It's defo a reference to pubg has a frying pan, helmet and an energy drink (specifically one that looks like red bull)they are all in pubg defo a reference
Wait I remember 15:27 that was really scary to me when I first saw it not sure why though... Must be his reaction and me misunderstanding both what he was afraid of and what the mona lisa was worth.
11:41 Im like 3 years too late but you can slow down time by half pressing the fire button and holding it instead of full squeezing. no clue how that works on pc though

You forgot about J. Douglas, (Jane Douglas)
Defo pubg reference all the items are things From pubg
8:02 name of achievement is a quote from Indiana Jones : The Last Crusade
That robot was just waving to you and trying to give you a surprise hug🐣
Big Daus well it definitely surprised me!
That robot just look into my soul
skull krusher ouch
Better than peanut
@@agentk2051 you guys have souls
Might be super obvious, but I just love that 4:05 is not just a random quote, but actually a nod to the Paris fashion show map in the first game. 😂
There are way, way, way more. Like, dude, there are SO MANY Easter eggs in the two new Hitman games, it’s unfathomably ridiculous
He could have done 30 easter eggs for each map. Probably could have even done 50 per map with each of Hitman 2's maps
@@ZwoolkTheNarwhale You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into each individual map to make them feel unique and inspired. It's incredible to see how far they've come, the advancement of technology has made their games look beautiful.
Im indian and i hv put almost 100 hours into the mumbai map and found 29 easter eggs myself.... i wonder how many more easter egg hunters will di
But make sure you dont mention any
/facepalm
What are the other ones then???
5:23
I wonder if Allan was fired for not doing his job or kept for sparking a running gag in the series
I think a running gag.
6:11 This has probably already been mentioned but the whiteboard also lists J. Doug, which is short for Jane Douglas, the third OutsideXbox host.
Yeah I have no idea why he left her out.
9:23 That's gotta be the best pirate I've ever seen
4:39 he died so hard that his shirt change from blue to green
xD
8:00 the famous line "It belongs in a museum" is what Indiana Jones always says
about the reference at: 6:51 yes it is PUBG, its has the level 3 backpack the frying pan, and the soda (a health item in PUBG) and a couple more pubg stuff
It has the spetznaz helmet too
I thought of Left 4 Dead 2 when I saw that.
6:54 I was thinking big bird from Sesame Street
Why??
muffx punch it’s a recurring joke
DIGI 0: a recurring joke from his channel?
muffx punch yea
DIGI 0 what vid did it start in?
6:13 you missed J. Doug. which is also an outsidexbox reference, it refers to the other host Jane Douglas.
Also, I realized that they were the ones playing the Hitman live action challenge, so I think that's a reference to that. And maybe other names are references to that video as well?
Fairly certain what they're in for are also all references to how they play Hitman, which is a fun detail.
This mans channel is just great
You could say it’s eggcalent
Haylie Sturgeon I hate you
Matthew Prue no need to be neggative
Did you mention that the "Sacrificial Knife" secret was actually a reference in Indiana Jones? If you didn't, then here's why: In the first movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark, he was doing something, and arguing with someone, when he yells "It belongs in a museum!", Which is what the achievement/trophy is called.
It's not in Raiders. He says that in Last Crusade when arguing with Panama Hat about why he wants the Cross of Coronado.
That’s from the last crusade not raiders
4:40 Oh, this is how you change the colour blue to green!
Oh yea I saw it.... that's weird
12:21 may be a reference to the movie Dunkirk where in a scene a soldier just walks gives up and just walks into the water.
Blazing Glory I was just thinking about that scene !!!
3:16 some say, he invented November and that he lives in a tree, all we know is... He's Called The Stig!
Hitman Easter eggs are one of my favorite types of Easter eggs
CyberLifeAndroid mine too! The series has had some of the greatest Easter eggs of all time.
If you step on the scales in any map for example Bangkok it reads 47.
13:30 darn i thought it was gonna be Big Bird
12:42 that moments relates to gta san andreas when the photographer drowns themselves.
6:15 Above Andy's name is J. Doug, referencing Jane Douglas, the third host of Outsidexbox.
I was about to mention that it would suck if Jane wasnt on there as well
In the Whittleton Creek mission you ring the door bell several times to the house with the basement that has the explosives and you find a suit of armour behind the sealed door with an axe later found in Isle of Sgail mission.
12:50 On Her Majesty Secret Service? That`s how the movie begins
16:35 hilarious love it
3:00 ah good times me and my brother died laughing
14:27 if you are holding a meaty bone in the basement while the music is playing, the skulls will dance
6:19 you can also see J Doug
Which refers to Jane Douglas
Who is also an outside Xbox host
9:20 Everybody gangsta until the quacken rolls into town!
7:04 I would have said that's a payday reference with the stacks of cash and shotgun but I guess it could be pubg to
That Pubg one is 100% a reference to it, the frying pan is obvious, there are also energy drinks and that bag is suspiciously similar to level 3 bag from Pubg I believe
KillerKinkstar yup ur right ... ps the shotgun looks a lot like S686
2021 and im finally noting the helmet is similar to some unlockable skins for helmets in pubg

Ellen and Luke should have an easter egg too XDDD

Andy's thing says "could not diagnose" and mikes thing says "burns, exploded" referencing their preffered ways to play hitman: Andy's the stealthy player, while Mike always tries to blow people up.

2:30 OCEAN MAN TAKE ME BY THE HAND
I got the biggest smile on my face when I heard the top gear reference. I need to do that Easter egg for myself
That's awesome! Hehe came to see how creative and crazy my colleagues are, did not get disappointed at all! :D btw got a few more. Under the legacy suitcase 47 wrote his number along with my gamer tag :P

6:11 This can also be a reference to the "It belongs in a Museum" heist from Assassin's Creed Unity.
The target running into the water on Hawks Bay could be a reference to the movie Drive
The achievement you get with the sacrificial knife is a reference to Indiana Jones. He steals a golden cross and he says this belongs in a museum

8:03 the achievement it says "it belong in a museum" its a reference from indiana jones right?don't know if anyone mention it before just to lazy to read all of the comment XD
12:45 this is a reference to a love history
It was a girl who's husband died so she suicided by walking to the ocean while singing or telling a poem
Even Jesus would say *"Oh God no."* when he saw that crash dummy moving
At 11:00 i had seen the aligator mans aura holding R1. but never got to see him. glad i get it now

The achievement he gets at 8:00 is a reference to Indiana Jones. The name of the achievement.
The woman drowning herself reminded me of odysseus mom drowning herself in the odyssey movie. Maybe a reference? 12:35
Goddamn I love Hitman! Best game franchise for 20 plus years.
12:51 might be a reference to the old story, "The Odyssey."

"It belongs to a museum" is clearly a reference to Inida Jones (Hopefuly I wrote it correctly).
