Rocky can't, he fosters so many dogs with the purpose of getting a new home. That's what he does.
He should or the new family will cause her depression and shakiness and she will be dumped.

I had a similar experience. My rescue dog hid under the table from me the first days. She had been neglected for 7,5 years, never got any attention or affection from humans and also 2 legs that urgently needed surgery. She's recovered now and never leaves my side. She falls asleep with her belly pushed into my side, her paws resting on me or she'll put her head on my arm. After 4 months she started giving kisses, so every morning when waking up she also washes my face a bit. I have a transport box cause I always take her with me when I visit family. When I grab the box and tell her: you coming with me? she starts spinning around, wagging her tail, making noise and starts scratching it until I open it. After 3 months she finally trusted my family and she now loves lying in my mom's lap. Rescue dogs are not a fairytale: you need time to do this, patience and be prepared for unexpected bills for potential health issues. But they are so worth it. This dog brings me, my siblings and my parents so much joy, we all love her dearly.

Look, children may be cute, but you either get a little angel or a demon spawn from your wife/husband. 70% of children born are usually demon spawns. The amount of time and effort needed to reform those nightmares into at least a decent human being is equal to sacrificing your sanity.
Thank goodness there are people like this guy about. I had a young stray from a dog's home once, when I let him out in the yard for a run around, he would go and hide behind the shed, after a week to ten days I noticed there wasn't any "dog poop" at all, anywhere! I put my surveillance camera on the yard and found out that he was eating his own poop, God knows what punishment he got in the past for pooping in the garden, thankfully, he soon adjusted.
Time and effort. Everything on four legs will always recover when Love is the main ingredient

Bear in this sentence works as a VERB, other words correspondent to it are: tolerate, accept, endure something.
What I mean to say is, that the dog will be in too much of a shock if her surrounding environment changes one more time.
Please read the first sentence, where I use the noun dog to describe the animal in the video. I know it is a dog, not a bear.

@@panteleykolodii no so long as it’s in moderation and not a spicy cheese with a lot of extra ingredients. The only problem is cheese can cause your dog to gain weight if you give them too much. I give my shih tzu a tiny bit of cheese as a rare treat sometimes because he loves it and I love him :)

I ended up adopting a dog like that, scared, scarred, broken, rejected and mistreated so many times. That's the only life she knew for years. It took like 4 more years for her to heal physically an emotional. She woudnt even bark for over one year. Then watching her all healed and happy barking, playing. 💖🐕💖

This little dog must have been physically tortured, she is shivering and petrified of everything! This man, rescued her and took such good care of her. Thank you for your kind deeds, wonderful man.
They explain in the video that she came from a hoarding situation where she didn't get to get out or even see light very often. She wasn't tortured but still had absolutely no confidence. It was awesome to see her bounce around playing after months of having to learn some basics about being a dog.

Mrrreell S2 it is kind of a sad reality that comes with what good people like him do. They keep saving these dogs and then find them homes. Sadly he has probably rescued several blossoms. By finding her a loving forever home that gives him the ability to take in another dog and readjust them to people. In a normal dog shelter they won’t get that same healing
His job is to do this for many many dogs just like her. Just imagine, there are countless dogs out there feeling the same way. His value is in getting each dog to a better place. Not holding onto just three dogs, but helping as many as possible.

I adopted a three year old cat. Brought her into the house and let her out of the carrier. I did not see her for nine months. She was under weight and very scared. I made sure she always had a clean kitty pan and fresh food and water. Today, Miss Kitty is as spoiled as possible! We are snuggling right now. What a sweetheart. It just takes patience and love.
When she drank out of that bow,you really looked like a dad who's child just took their first steps.

For example if a grip of people start buying avocadoes the demand will go up and so will the supply the same would happen if people stop buying it just that in reverse. I just hate when people call peoples effort and hard work into something as a miracle. It din't happen out of the blue. It happened cause people cared and took the effort to try and give an animal a better life it deserves.

we humans were given our intelligence to be the gaurdians of the planet and the ward of all that live on it including little doggies, when I see someone doing this work I see as doing what we were meant for... of course not all of us have this purpose but I do see it as the outline of why were given our capabilities!
that's why I am happy for farms and wildlife reserves existing it means at least humans are at least fulfilling that purpose if they didn't exist it would mean we would be straying from that purpose and I wouldn't see any point in us as we'd just be a waste thankfully that isn't the case I just wish everybody could see that!
