I started taking Balance about a year and a half ago, and I honestly cannot live without it! it helped with my painful breakouts/ acne/ makes my skin GLOW! helped me maintain my weight, helped with my anxiety I notice a HUGE difference when I take it vs if I forget it one day... also the supplement helps with hangovers lolol. fun fact. HIGHLY recommend. I will not go a day without taking it!

Their fruity cereal protein is so good! It has a slight lemon taste like the cereal. It gets frothy as well but for the taste alone I love it, no bad after taste either! So glad they came out with pre workout samples too!
I also use balance, I’ve taken it for 3 months and have had improvements in skin and sleep. It takes a few months to work since hormonal changes are slow.

I wouldn’t recommend Balance, someone just recently had to get a liver transplant from taking those pills. They developed acute liver failure from taking Balance.

Yeah. Folate only started being told to women to take in the late 90s. When I was born in 91 and my sister was born in 94 they didn’t say anything about for my mom to take it. Because of that I have spina bifida. The thing is the spinal cord develops in the first 2 months and some women don’t even know they are pregnant. So it’s suggested if you’re trying to get pregnant, to be taking folate.

Hey! Just so you know technically all women or people who can get pregnant are supposed to take folate. The crucial development time for the nervous system in a fetus is the 1st trimester. Most women don’t realize they are pregnant until later in the 1st trimester (I think usually around 7-8 weeks) and taking folate by that time won’t be as helpful! I believe it helps with hair growth as well.

The DIM in the balance is what is getting rid of hormonal breakouts. You can buy just straight up DIM cheaper - I’ve been taking it for years.

Dim alone actually isn’t nearly as effective. The combo in balance works incredibly well. I’ve tried everything for yearsssssss and it’s totally different!
I took balance for 6 months and it EFFED me up. First month I had good results but it made my periods worse. Huge waste of money for me but happy to see its helping some.

The latest medical report out for Balance is that a woman claims this product caused her to get a liver transplant. Google it. Very sad about the young lady. I can only hope the biopsy results prove differently. I would stop all products that come from their warehouse until the results come back.

The first 2 times I felt nothing but the 3rd and 4th time my hands and legs felt tingly and I couldn’t stop scratching and rubbing. I felt like a crackhead😂I went for reviews to see if that happens every time I workout or if it’s my body just adjusting

In balance I'm pretty sure its the DIM that alters your hormones. DIM is known as an estrogen blocker, which high estrogen is not uncommon. High estrogen is responsible for mood swings, weight gain, acne, and a lot of hormone related issues.

I was going to try these products because of this review, but I thought "Wait, what are they using to make it so sweet / delicious? Sugar? Surely not..." I checked it out. Sucralose. I think I'll be passing on this one sadly... Sucralose can't be filtered from the water supply so I wouldn't feel comfortable using it. Great review, though. You had me 'til I did my own quick research! :'(

For example I just refilled on both at 15% no limit. Also watermelon and cherry limeade are soooo good when really cold! But I love sour candy so I’m curious 🥺 LOL

Naomi Blackerby it’s got 200mg per scoop i believe. If you’re not sensitive to caffeine then it’s really not bad, i’ve never had any jitters. Very focused and clean energy.

Stefany Del Cid you want to drink the pre workout prior to working out, about 30 minutes before. and then mix the bcaa’s in your water bottle that you’d usually sip on during your workout. you can drink bcaa’s before or after, but most people, including myself, drink it while working out.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a brand as I am AlaniNu. I placed my first order 7 days ago and it never left the distribution center and I wasn’t notified about any delay in shipping. I wrote to their customer service department to cancel the order and have never heard back. I then wrote a poor review on their website and shocking....it’s been deleted. I can’t stand a company who is willing to treat customers this way
