    The sad thing is that in a more resource rich setting, that MR-A/V would have been done within the first week, the clot would have been managed faster but that's not to say the outcomes would have been different. The sad thing is also that if they did all those tests and they came negative, the hospital would have been said to be money minting and "ordering useless tests". The paradox of healthcare in a resource poor setting. Away from that, you are amazing. I follow you on all platforms
