After eating the same 3 flavor oat recipes every morning for 3+ years, I am so thankful for these recipes to finally add some variety to my breakfasts. I love strawberries and am sure this will be banger when I make it this week.
Just found your channel couple days ago and been loving the recipes! Just made the buffalo chicken for breakfast and the honey garlic chicken for lunch for this coming week ! Other meal preps I’ve seen are all the same on RUclips just different dry seasonings lol. Was 436lbs last year in June at 23 years old. Now at 24 I’m down to 328🙏🙏
Well done. I am going through a journey as well again. This channel very helpful. If you don’t do any fasting, consider it, your body will love you for it
Just found your channel and I'm so grateful. After a Lethal Cardiac Arythmia which landed me in a coma, I went from 125 lbs to 79 lbs. Although I've come much farther than the medical professionals ever thought I would, I've struggled to gain my weight back. I stayed at around 95 lbs for many years. I would spend months trying to gain, just to put on 3-5 lbs and after a couple days of being sick or not stuffing myself all day everyday, I'd lose it all plus more. I've made it to 115 lbs which is more than I've weighed since the incident. I've been looking for good/affordable meal prep ideas for awhile, especially since I started back to full time work, I can feel the weight falling off again. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes...this one was delicious and worked perfectly for an in-between meal snack (paired with a protein shake) or a quick breakfast on the go. Thanks for the great ideas!
This is simply amazing I just love the fact that you change one ingredient and this recipe changes so much. Makes grocery shopping for a prep so much easier. And especially the not over complicated approach!!!!
I made the blueberry lemon one last week and it was pretty good and satisfying. I used Fairlife vanilla protein milk and it worked well and added 30g. I'll do this one next.
I hope we’ve only scratched the surface with your recipes so far because they have been great and I’m looking forward to seeing what else you have up your sleeves.
I’ve been eating this so much, your videos have changed the game for me! I had inspiration for another baked oatmeal come to me last night, bananas foster. Essentially Use the caramel that you cook the apples in for the apple pie baked oats, but cook bananas in it instead and add some roasted walnuts. Im planning on trying it next week to figure out proper measurements, wish me luck lol.
I think I'd like to see this as well. I really don't care for the vanilla protein powder in these, but that's probably a me thing as I'm just not a fan of protein powder.
I absolutely LOVE these oatmeal squares. I typically make the same amount with 1/3 of 3 of my favorite recipes in the same pan and cut these into 4 bars of flavors each (basically I cut them in half of the serving size you show). Half the calories, so I cam snack om them anytime, and I love having one right before bed! A little sweetness right before bed to cap out another stressful day!
Made your pancake bites today and they came out great! You are by far my favorite youtuber when it comes to meal prep. Thanks so much Josh, your recipes fit exactly into my macros and daily caloric intake and they are great!
Another great video. You thought of doing a video that talks about all your most used items that you’d recommend people get to make their meal prep easier? Storage, cooking, things like that.
@@TheMealPrepManual if you added Amazon links I think there’s a kick back also? In the last 6 months I’ve been following I’ve bought almost anything you’ve mentioned. With any kickbacks that’d definitely add up.
I've done this recipe last week and just loved it! The only change I made was that instead of maple syrup (that is hard to find where I live) I used honey, and it worked just fine. I'm already redoing it for this week 🤤 Thanks Josh for these amazing recipes 😍❤️
The mayor of snack city with another banger. Gonna have to try this one, maybe with some cinnamon since I’ve been loving the smell it gives when I reheat them in the air fryer
Alright I've made the blueberry one, the apple one and this one (6 times). I love this one the most. Too much sugar in the apple one for me. I also removed all the sugar (replaced with Allulose) and doubled the creamcheese. So good!
YUM! Made this recipe with a 10oz bag of frozen blueberries along with the rest of the written recipe and it came out awesome. A new staple for us for sure! Thanks! 🤙
It’s really good!! I literally just made it! I tried it fresh out of the oven, my suggestion is to wait for it to cool completely because of the cream cheese
I finally made this last week and I loved it. So easy and highly convenient-thanks, Josh! I can't wait to make the multiple varieties of these. And I love how they're perfect for breakfast, but also a great option for a quick snack or easy dessert.
Just a heads up for people using vegan protein. I used Vega and it tastes pretty good, but it’s dry. If you’re going with vegan alternatives, use more liquid or less protein. Vega also appears to have turned the bake a bit of a green color. I’m going to try it the traditional way next week and will compare.
A way I would go about upping the protein would be substituting the milk for some nonfat Greek yoghurt blended with some unsweetened nut milk and using that as the liquid. It would bring you alot closer to 1g protein per 10 cal!
Only had mixed berries and raspberry&white chocolate protein powder. Just pulled it out of the oven about 15mins ago and I’m thinking I could eat the whole dish! Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be making more in the future.
I'm not so concerned about protein with my goals, so making my own oat milk for this worked great and is really inexpensive. I also made a sunflower seed custard to replace the cream cheese, and some vanilla Huel powder in place of the protein powder. Didn't know what to do about the egg whites, so I ended up leaving them out and the recipe still turned out great! I'd never thought to bake oats before I saw this so thank you!
These are amazing. My daughter loves them, too. I have a huge sweet tooth. These satisfy it and are very satiating. Can't wait to try the baked apple pie! These are definitely going to help me maintain my healthy lifestyle. Thank you!
i will try this at the weekend! it looks absolute delicious will try with 3 scoops protein powder instead of 2 and will use sugar free soj/almond milk + greek yoghurt this should increase protein % by alot and decrease kcal and sugar%
I just put mine in the oven. Only difference is I tried substituting 1tsp Baking Powder for 1/4 tsp baking soda (googled it and it should work?) also using a metal pan to back in which might change the cooking time. Ran a little late but I am excited to try some tonight and tomorrow. Maybe bring a piece to my girlfriends house if it is good, :D I Look forward to trying more recipe's from you they are simple ingredients and easy to follow.
I really like these as an alternative to the regular Müsli. Although I only divide these recipes in only 4 portions or ,if I divide into 6, add some Skyr to it on the plate. Granted I also do intermittent fasting and otherwise the caloric deficit would be too high.
This looks delicious. I am excited to try these. I am considering a mixed berry one, or finding whatever frozen berries or fruits are at Costco next time I go.
I had a vegan protein powder gifted to me which was very high quality but didn't taste good in a shake, i used it in the baked oatmeal apple pie recipe yesterday and it turned out great
Love the channel! I have made a similar oats bake with fresh cranberries and walnuts - highly recommend. Just wanted to say more importantly that it would be so helpful if your website's recipe index had a "vegetarian" filter. Thank you!!
I recently made your apple pie baked oatmeal. Not only is it delicious, (and this is coming from someone who hates eating traditional oatmeal) it is freezer friendly.
made those 2 days ago...damn this is seriously delicious and now i have something to switch from my baked applepancakes. I did half with a substitute for cream cheese...as i still have no idea what the proper product is for us germans and didnt want to ruin the whole batch. Have to say it was almost to rich with it when i tried it cold today, warmed up it was mighty fine and i think i join you on the warm is better side for this version. i either add some low fat spray cream or greek jog+whey ontop and sprinkle some cinnamon.
Thank you for all your meal prep ideas, so helpful! Been following your stuff for a while now. Quick question, can I add 1 or 2 extra scoops of proetein powder to increase the protein content or will that mess with the baking?

Well update? Did you make it and taste it?
@@angelsweet9611 yup, it's my favorite out of all of them and I make it regularly.
@@buythedip5354 I made it too!! And it’s soo good! I’m going to pulse the oats so it can be an oat flour and see how it turned out!

You have the most legit recipes out there. Every single one has been really good. Best I've had so far is the carrot cake oatmeal bake.
These bars, the deconstructed Big Mac bowls, and some no bake protein cookie dough are a god send for weight loss.
A cookies and cream one would be awesome!
I think I'd like to see this as well. I really don't care for the vanilla protein powder in these, but that's probably a me thing as I'm just not a fan of protein powder.

I've literally made this 3 times in a row now and have been having for breakfast and desert after dinner for the past 3 weeks. Thank you.
I made this today! It was amazing!
How to make it more protein: Make a protein powder drink to drink with it.
Lol that works too
Seriously my first thought lmao
Simple as that 😅
Nah. I’d rather get the protein from a food source like greek yogurt than drinking it imo
🤣
I made this and my whole family enjoyed it! SUBSCRIBED AND LIKED 👍

Man, these baked oatmeal dishes are off the hook! The apple pie is my favorite, too.
Just made the carrot cake oatmeal yesterday and it's really good! Used vanilla casein instead of whey and I can confirm it comes out just fine
Awesome 👏
Did this with cherries instead of strawberry & used vanilla Greek yogurt & it’s amazing. Can’t wait to do all the flavors you have was quite good.
did you put the greek yogurt on before baking or after? did it's texture change?
This and the blueberry lemon version are INSANELY good!

DUDE - Thanks so much for this.... we are making this for our family (we have 3 kids) tomorrow.
This came out great. Think next time ima bake it half way first then maybe try spreading the cream cheese and see how it comes out. Awesome recipe.
I will say that if you want to increase protein, it could help to use ultra-filtered milk like fairlife, even incremental increases are quite helpful
I ate your baked apple oatmeal for breakfast all week. Can't wait to try this one!
