That tank is great, few extra miles with it. Hobby to some, way of life to others, either way, its a great learning curve to all interested. Thanks for sharing.

Vinyl tubing is not meant to be used with gasoline; it will slowly eat it. You can expect to to go gummy/soft in the next few days and make it even harder to seal. You want the yellow(tygon) fuel line or the black (nitrile) stuff. If it doesn't state it's meant for fuel, it probably isn't. Check in the lawnmower parts section of HD or else go to some kind of tractor/small engine/motorcycle store, or just order a bit online. The latter two will sell it by the foot.
Nice looking bike. Love the large (but not too fat) tires.

yeah he was better off going on amazon and ordering a fuel line for $10-20😂

Yup you are correct! I got that yellow one at my local hardware store, no more fuel leaks. Thank you!

if you have an old inner tube you can cut that and use it going around the bar two or three times

Do not, I repeat, do not, bolt that tank on to tightly. If you do it is going to leak true the bolts. Save ride amigo!

The fuel line was to short, on the other tank it was set at a different angle

I got the same exact tank for my 100cc bike build, but I ended up mounting it on my rear tire rack so it wouldn’t clamp down my shifting cables. I have the full build on my channel if it helps! And I agree with @stubby7934 that vinyl tubing is not good for gasoline, I always get my fuel lines from auto zone and have gotten lucky a few times when getting under a foot they would just give it to me for free!😁 also most fuel filters will have an arrow on the side showing the direction of flow but I believe you had it on the correct way! Awesome build though!!!
