This is definitely one of the hardest things to get over, worrying about things that aren't in your control too much can shift your focus from what you were trying to achieve. It is just as bad as all the other distractions that get thrown at you, you just have to avoid them. Beneficial video Thank you.

Hi Sam, thanks for the vids! I am having a bit of trouble when I take a couple of shots in a football match and I miss, I get angry and start rushing and forcing. I take shots too hard, but without aiming or shoot a set piece to nowhere in a rush. Could you give some tips on handling bad luck, bad refereeing, getting fouled constantly and performing under my abilities. These things can set me off, but I just want to stay focused and keep trying to score. Thanks a lot! And it got longer than I thought😅

"bad luck" "bad refereeing" "getting fouled" - all of these are outside your circle of control. Watch the video back.

Hey Sam, love your videos, they have really helped me out and I think they could help a lot more people, and in the era we live in the fastest way to grow is through short form clips. I have experience of growing a clips page and think it would help you grow. Please reply if interested. Thanks!

I've learned that its zhe outer circle, but i still think about it. What should i do when other just have better oppoutibitys ti train. I dont have the space to train serving or hitting in winter or when it rains. Even in summr its hard to find a spot where i dont have to search for the ball after i hit it or cause there is no fence to play against. Thats very frustiation seeing other just have better opportunitys to improve.
What would you give me for an advice?

I get how frustrating that feels, but focus on what you can control. If space or weather limits you, work on mental skills like visualisation, or use small areas for drills that improve footwork and coordination. On days when you can't train certain skills, focus on fitness or mindset work to keep progressing. Don’t compare your journey to others-your dedication and mindset will set you apart over time.
