Performance intentions are fundamental especially for me, I love to have a plan for what I will do during a game. It is like laying a great/strong foundation where you can build anything with confidence and without fear of a collapse. Thank you for the video

What about pre trainig playlist. Should it be the same plyalist as the pre game or should the pre game playlist and the songs on it be exclusive to game/should you listen to those songs outside of game day?
I advise athletes to have separate playlists - one for training and one for gamedays.
It needs to be novel and special for the big thing 💪

It's up to you. I have no experience with him or his work so I'm not in a position to give advice. Go with what feels right to you 👍
😭 idk how but im so weird, i have no pressure, ill take last minute penalties, and i rarely miss finishes, but if i miss, it wont even come close to effecting me. im a ST and friends say im too dumb to feel the pressure of anything.. could that be true?
Great video Sam! I just wanted to ask that is using the visualization method the night before matchday fine? Or is it more beneficial to on the matchday. I know you talk about shower visualization but I was just wondering whether visualizing on matchday is more beneficial than the night before :)
