I'm a huge Mahomes fan, and I loved seeing you react to this! To this day, though, my favorite Mahomes moment isn't captured on many films, though you might have seen it in the last Super Bowl. When Skyy Moore had his first NFL touchdown (in the Super Bowl!), Mahomes was right there, screaming for the ball. Why? Because he knew it was Moore's first NFL TD, and he wanted to save the ball for him. What a teammate. What a player.
I love the Chiefs. No matter what, you can count on Mahomes, the way he reads the game is unlike any other. He is a true team player and leader and one of a ki d for sure!
I live in Florida, been a Dolphins fan for 40 yrs, but I will watch every Kansas City Chiefs game just to watch Mahomes! He's such an amazing player, and a great guy!
I knew from watching Mahomes play for Texas Tech (Guns Up Baby 👆🏼) that He was special!! I’m a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan but our Texas born n raised P Mahomes will always be a superstar!! ❤️😍🥰🏈🤠
I first heard of him when he threw for 700 yards in a game. I wanted him in the draft and when we got him I called my Dad. I told him we were going to win a SuoerBowl. And we did.
Kansas City Chiefs was my husband's favorite team. He passed away from cancer just as Mahomes was showing out for the chiefs. The chiefs went to the Superbowl the next yr after my husband died and won. My friend who also loved football said they won so my husband could see their win from heaven!!! Mahomes is a beast at this game!!!!!
My brother absolutely loved the Chief's We live in Kansas. He passed away unexpectedly October 27. He would have been ecstatic to see the Chiefs win the super bowl. He also was looking so forward to Taco Bell bringing back the enchrito Oct. 31st. I miss him so much. Rest in peace little brother Mick. .
my dad was a hardcore Chiefs fan his whole life, he at least got to see Mahomes & the Chiefs win 1 Super Bowl in his lifetime but I wish he could've been around for the 2nd one. He would've loved to see everyone doubting KC after they traded Tyreek & them going on to win the whole thing with Mahomes playing on one leg.

I am fortunate to be from the town he played College ball in at Texas Tech. Got to watch him do any of the same things here in Lubbock, Tx. Still love watching him today. You will enjoy watching him live for sure.
I was at that AFC championship game. It made me appreciate what he does even more. It was about -15 degrees celsius and windy and he is still able to do what he does!

Chiefs fan here and this just got me amped for the current season! Gread vid! I really don't know if I'll ever see another Chiefs season quite like that again in my lifetime--the leg injury, beating the Bengals at last in the AFC championship, the Superbowl comeback. Not saying Mahomes won't win another superbowl, but the way that season shook out, it felt like flipping a coin 20 times and managing to get heads every time.
Detroit Lions hopeful here. Beating KC in our season opener has me amped. We've been waiting a long time for a decent team and there's no better test than taking on Mahomes.
I've been a Chiefs fan since the first moved to Kansas City in the early 1960's. I've watched many great quarterbacks over the years; Unitas, Namath, Montana to name just a few. I have never seen anything like the way Mahomes plays the game. Some of the other young quarterbacks are giving him a run for his money (Allen, Burrow, etc.), but there is something weird and special about Mahomes' will to win. He seems to elevate all of those around him. I'm glad I've lived long enough to get to watch Mahomes play. Kansas City is a great place to see a game. I used to be a season ticket holder and on Sundays, we would get to the stadium early, grill up steaks, chicken, burgers, brats, etc. drink some beer and hope and pray our Chiefs would win that day. The cloud of smoke from all of the grills and smokers in the parking lots surrounded the stadium creating hazy cloud of sweet smelling smoke that snuggled the stadium. Back then, the Chiefs didn't win often, but there were still 78,000 people wearing red and cheering them on at every home game. It was quite the experience and today, well, it is something else. Watching Mahomes in person gives you a whole new appreciation for his athleticism, professionalism, and spirit.
Any qb can throw the ball from an awkward angle, but the fact so many are dead accurate is nuts. Also, arrowhead stadium (chiefs home stadium) is such an awesome vibe for a football game n thats coming from a patriots fan. Would definitely recommend

I’m only 24, so the most heartbreaking game I ever went to at arrowhead was when Jamaal Charles tore his acl and we lost to jay cutler Thinking about how many horrible games and years we lived through as chiefs fans I literally cry watching videos like this lol. We’re so, so blessed!!!
Patrick is the only reason I watch pro football. I got to see him in live games when he played for Texas Tech. A truly gifted and talented quarterback.
My parents had season tickets from 86 until 2012. My brother is named after derrick thomas. We moved to Philly in 2012 and would go to away games closer to Philly. I had absolutely no idea most stadiums didn’t compare to KC atmosphere whatsoever. I thought that arrowhead atmosphere was just a football thing until I visited other stadiums and people were actually sitting down 😅
Being a Chiefs fan since 1993, I've been through a lot of rough years with the team losing more than winning. The last few years have been like a dream lol. I deeply appreciate the success we've had.
I've pretty much been a Chiefs fan from the beginning. I remember their 1st Super Bowl victory. Back in the day we would go see my Grandma, spend the night and go to my Uncle's after church to watch them play. They had a 120 mile blackout. But that Super Bowl win was also known as the Kelce brothers bowl, since Jason plays for the Eagles.
Alriiiiight! Chiefs season ticket holder here, have to take a step back and make sure I appreciate what we're seeing when he's on the field. Love the content, keep it up!
Love watching you guys. Mahomes is the greatest that I have ever seen and I have been watching football for over 55 years. Hope you can someday come to Kansas City to watch him in person, it would be aa experience you will never forget.

I’m Nigerian in Nigeria and even I can’t get enough of Mahomes. Been trying to get my hands on his jersey for months. We don’t really play American football in Africa so most sport stores don’t have NFL jersey, only football and basketball jerseys
Chiefs games are absolutely amazing. Best tailgating pre game and podt game .. after the game going down the spiral pillars on all corners doing tomahawk chop all the way.. best experience ever. Just did it Thursday. Was amazing even after we lost.. thanks KT 😢
Um, I think we Packer fans have you beat by miles when it comes to tailgating which like most WI sports parties, start a day or two before...Thursday nights if you are a college student at University of Wisconsin. Go Pack Go! 💚💛💚
@@kelseyk530 Uh, no the Packers don't have BBQ, which KC does. You can get beer anywhere in the country, so no. Even Buffalo has better tailgating than the Packers with their wings.
Atlanta nailed it when she said some pundits say things just to stir up controversy. As a Chiefs who has been to dozens of games around the country, I can guarantee that Arrowhead is one of the most special places to see a game. The stadium quakes when the crowd gets loud and you literally feel it in your bones. Incredible tailgating experience as well. We always went early with a travel grill and burgers and threw the football around out in the parking lot for hours before the game ever started. Truly hope you do go see a game somewhere, even if it isn't in K.C. NFL fans are usually really cool all around the country and there are so many really good teams right now. One of the most competitive decades in the sport.
Thanks for the video, very sweet family. reminds me of mine! Patty Mahomes is the best ever IMO. from a colts fan who watched Peyton and Bradys whole career
I hope you get to see a Chiefs game in Arrowhead stadium while Mahomes is quarterback. There’s nothing else like it! Chiefs fan since the very beginning, 1963. Glad I’m alive to experience this winning period for my team!
Hey there fellow original Chiefs fan! I wasn't an avid fan as I was only 10. But, being born and raised in a small town in MO not too far from KC, I was a fan along with the rest of the town. As I grew older, I I became more interested in them & the Royals. I now have 2 sons (and a few grandsons) who are die-hard Chiefs fans.
I'm from Overland Park Kansas about 30 minutes from the Chiefs stadium Patrick Mahomes is definitely one of the best things for our city that has happened in ages
I’m so glad to see you enjoying our Chiefs. Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are an amazing duo. And Arrowhead is a special stadium. Kansas City welcomes you. But here is a tip: come hungry and bring ear plugs. Arrowhead is the loudest stadium in the world. Hungry because we have the most amazing BBQ. 😊
I'm a die hard Chief's fan! I've watched the Chiefs play since 1971. I've been to two games in Arrowhead and as soon as you walk into the stadium it's just electric. I would love to see Mahomes and Kelce play. Maybe for our 40the wedding anniversary this October. Hmmm...😁🤭
His spacial recognition of off the charts! I’ve been a Chiefs fan for as long as I can remember & it’s great to see your reaction to him! He’s definitely one of a kind.
He's from a little town in North East Texas called Whitehouse. He is humble, and remembers those that supported him as well as his friends in his hometown.
Yes!!! That's my Quarterback!!! I am glad you guys are watching the Chiefs. I love this team. I have lived in Missouri all my life and I have been a Chiefs fan for 30 years. It has been some rough years at times being a Chiefs fan but I am a very loyal fan and with Patrick Mahomes being a Chiefs fan is at it's all time best.
Weren't you watching when Lenny Dawson, Buck Buchanan and Jan Stenerud were playing? Those guys were great! They played in the first Superbowl and, if you were wondering, they started out great and then my mom reminded me that I hadn't gone to church and I had to leave and missed the rest of the game. To this day I blame my mom for the loss to the cringy Packers!
I don't think there's a RUclips video that could possibly give an understanding of what it was like watching this guy in his first seasons. He was insane from the start, and watching him do amazing things game after game was just...I kind of wish I could relive it. I can't believe he's been here for 6 years already.
Mahomes grew up around professional athletes, his dad was a Major League pitcher. Patrick spent a lot of time as a young boy in baseball clubhouses seeing how professionals act. He was also a great baseball player and could have gone that route as a pro. One of the reasons Mahomes is so adept at running and making throws from awkward arm angles is purely from his baseball upbringing playing shortstop.
That makes perfect sense. How many times has he taken a ground ball while lunging toward 3rd, come to his feet with momentum still carrying him to 3rd, and fired a side arm to first? Imagine the two movements of that and his side arm passes while being tackled. Baseball may have also contributed to his field awareness. As he came to his feet, he had to re-orient to the field, find the 1st baseman, and fire in a fraction of a second. But most sports that require hand - eye coordination will complement each other.
He also pitched (like his dad)--threw a no-hitter in high school, with 16 strikeouts. AND he played basketball too, as well as golf. Pretty much If it involves a ball... he's there for it.
I've been a Chiefs fan since I was a kid. It's so awesome to see people in other countries talk about the Chiefs and want to see them play in person! Go Chiefs!!
Great video guys! I live in Kansas City, have for all my life. We are so thankful here to have Patrick Mahomes! We have been through heart breaking decades of losing here year after year after year. If you guys have a chance to come to Arrowhead and watch the Chiefs play, it is a once in a lifetime experience (we have the Guinness book of World Records for the loudest outdoor stadium of all times! We are even louder now that we have Mahomes and we just win all the time LOL) Trust me, it will be an experience you will never forget!
I have officially watch every RUclips video you have produced! What great wholesome content! Thank you for all of it, look forward to everything to come. I hope your America trip is everything you hoped it would be! Love you!❤ Safe travels!
A little fun fact about the Chiefs: the football team is _not_ named after any actual existing indian tribe but instead named after a former Kansas City, MO mayor "Chief" Bartle who created for scouts a made-up tribe called the 'Mic-O-Say' where scouts would learn various aunthentic lessons tho with made-up customs and folklore. I actually have family members who were raised as and later taught others the 'Mic-O-Say' ways, so to speak.
If you ever do go to a Chiefs game, be ready because fans at Arrowhead Stadium produce noise levels equivalent to a jet engine. I'm used to the noise but it is LOUD!
Being from Tyler and Whitehouse Texas (where mahomes is from) its crazy this kid most people knew from his basketball and football skills, being EVERYWHERE is just crazy.
I’m not an nfl guy but watching mahomes play gets me excited. Ive lived an hour from arrowhead stadium my whole life and have yet to go. I’ve been more of a baseball fan so naturally I have been to a royals game (right next door) a time or two in the 80’s when George brett, brett saberhagen, and Bo jackson were at their prime. Good times.
I live in kc and hope you all get the chance to see the chiefs play in person….you won’t be disappointed! Make sure you go to arrowhead that’s whole other experience. Kansas City is a great place to do food reviews as well
I live in KC and we would love to have you!!! Going to a game is MAGIC!!!! You would love it!!! Come and let us know we will tell you all the great BBQ places to eat!!!! We are fighting again so we can so use your prayers!!!!!!
yup there have been some bad seasons. been a fan since marty ball. suffered through gunther as hc and the herm edwards and todd haley years. glad we finally have something good going, as long as our recievers can start catching passes
I also have 2 Cassel Jerseys. The first one I wanted the second one was a birthday present and I acted like I liked it but by that time I really had my doubts about him. I can't get rid of them though cause I wouldn't want to get rid of any Chiefs Jersey including my Peters #22 I have. I got it mostly because my last name is also Peters.@@notsomadscientist9602
I'm a Chiefs fan since 93. Originally I was a 49ers fan as I loved Joe Montana. But when he got traded to the Chiefs in 93, I went with him to the Chiefs as a fan. Stuck with them ever since. Through the many lows and now the highs. Its been a roller coaster. And for the first time, this year I am going to a Chiefs home game. I'm from Eastern Pennsylvania so obviously a lot of people around here are Eagles Fans. So my friends and I discussed about the game this year with the Eagles at the Chiefs. We all decided, lets do it. So November 20th 2023 will be my first Arrowhead Experience and I can't wait. In 2019 I believe it was, the Chiefs played the Eagles in Philly, so I went to that game, but Arrowhead is going to be a different beast. Can't wait.
I love Mahomes !!!! But Kudos to his receivers and backs. He has a great supporting cast! Central Kansas born and a Chief's fan for 45 + years and Mahomes has definitely ushered in a New Era!
I saw a close up of one of the "no look pass" and has head didn't turn but his eyes did. His eyes were all the way left looking at the receiver. This is just hype. He is a great QB and done amazing things. If he retired today, he would go down as one of the bast, he's only adding to his legacy now.
That arm movement by fans is the "tomahawk chop". And definitely come to Arrowhead for a game! We had a fan come from Turkey in the last couple of years and was most welcome!!! We love our international fans!
There’s nothing like being in the stadium at Arrowhead watching Mahomes and Kelce play! Last time we went, the crowd was so loud, I was having to text my family at home to hear about a play call. The crowd drowned out the referees on the speakers! The excitement is infectious and we have so much fun!
Hello, I live here in Kansas City, Mo. and we all love Mahomes, he has brought new life in this city. We also have the Royals baseball team, the two stadiums sit side by side. The football season just started here, so you have plenty of time to see a game, I would check there schedule we only play 8 games a year here unless we go in the playoffs. I welcome you to CHIEFS KINGOM.
I’m from KC and saw you guys posted this, awesome video, our team was not a good team to say the least before we drafted him and it’s been different ever since 🤣
Stop this GOAT foolishness. There is no greatest of all time because time hasn't run out. A player can only be the best in their era, the game is constantly evolving, so while they all play the same game, the game isn't the same. For instance, Dick Butkus, Jack Lambert, Jack Tatum, Mean Joe Green, Ray Nitschke and the entire 1985 Chicago Bears defense would all be arrested for assault if they played today. ruclips.net/video/CvBur6Teg-g/видео.html
We in Lubbock, Texas had the pleasure of watching Patrick Mahomes play at Texas Tech. Behind the Dallas Cowboys the Kansas City Chiefs are the most popular NFL team in this area. Mahomes still occasionally appears in Lubbock to support his alma mater.
Always Love your video's, as a diehard Chiefs fan it is the greatest time of my life. I became a Chiefs fan in 1989 and went through some really tough years, I am 14 hours from KC but I have seen them play about 27 times, it's a long drive though but totally worth it!!
So I grew up about 45 mins from Whitehouse Texas where he went too school, so I ended up playing against Patrick in high school quite a few times in baseball and football. You just knew back then he was gonna make it to the league, we just didn’t know if it was the NFL or MLB. Terrific guy, very humbled and deserves all the success he’s got
It makes my heart so happy to hear you say you want to watch Our KC chiefs! Being long time fan! Patrick is just amazing. If you do, watch them at Arrowhead stadium!
There is no experience like Arrowhead in the evening against a rival. The noise and energy is unrivaled. Been to many and still gives you chills every time.
Love your reaction videos, and especially enjoyed watching you watch my hometown Chiefs. Chiefs fans suffered for 20+yrs before this recent run, so very appreciative of success. I may be biased, but hard to beat Arrowhead Stadium. My daughter & I attended the home opener against Detroit. The B2 Stealth Bomber fly-over was incredible, the stadium was obnoxiously loud, and had a great time, even though lost. Would be happy to show you around KC if you ever visit!!🥰
When I see obvious talent like this, I am reminded of a Paul Simon lyric: "Every generation throws a hero at the pop charts." It's pretty cool to be able to see consistent outstanding performances at this level, and to have enjoyed other top-tier greats through the years. Cheers....
As a born and reared KC native I can tell you we love Patrick Mahomes. We went a heartbreaking 50 years from our first Super Bowl win until Mahomes came along and made us total beasts who have been in the Super Bowl 3 times in 5 years and have won 2. We are again on track to win yet a 3rd this year under his leadership and 4th total. Yes Patrick is on course to be truly one of if not the greatest QB of all time and under his leadership I have no doubt the Chiefs are the next great NFL dynasty to hotly rival if not beat Brady's run with the Patriots. To answer your Michael Jordan question ...he is considered by everyone the greatest basketball player of all time ..ever... he cannot be compared to or competed with. That distinction of being the undisputed all time greatest is not something that happens in sports as usually there will be competitors who are considered by others as equally great. Michael is one of the first and possibly only athlete to ever have no competition near him in their sport making him the benchmark that every athlete is measured by...are they the the unquestionable greatest of all time ? Are they the equivalent of Michael Jordan in their sport ?
My Detroit Lions beat Patrick and his team on Thursday, it was the NFL Kickoff game and we won 21-20. Great game! You should check out the highlights from the last time Jared Goff and Patrick Mahomes played each other. One Pride

Yessir
The arrowhead experience will change your life #Chiefsssss❤️💛❤️💛
Scripted Team😭💯
Much love from KC and #chiefskingdom! Can’t wait for another Super Bowl!! ❤️💛
Rodgers is still way better.
I love Mr Rodgers as well.
He's from a little town in North East Texas called Whitehouse. He is humble, and remembers those that supported him as well as his friends in his hometown.
Could care less.He kelce Reed jacked my insurance by double thanks state farm & Taylor.
I used to live in Longview, Tx. We'd go to Tyler a lot. Whitehouse is outside of Tyler.
@@stingtail9787lmao, u can’t blame that on the players 😂 thats on state farm themselves
I've met Mahomes when he first came to KC and that man is tall as heck! Would totally love to help get yall some tickets to a game sometime!
Born and Raised in Kansas City. Its truly special to have patrick after 50 years of losing franchises. Love the videos! next tour come to KC!
I'm from Kansas City, and he's amazing. IF you do get here, I would treat you to some of the BEST BBQ in the world.
Your comment makes true sense…thank you!! 👍🏻
He literally said in the doc that sometimes he pretends he’s playing shortstop lmao I died
and he also pitched. Usually a QB who has played baseball were shortstops and pitchers.
I've been a Chiefs fan since I was a kid. It's so awesome to see people in other countries talk about the Chiefs and want to see them play in person! Go Chiefs!!
I was at that chiefs vs Raiders game!!!!!! What a crazy night and game!!!
I’m a Chiefs Fan and I love this 🇺🇸🇳🇿
I'm absolutely impressed that you knew that was the chiefs chop.
To answer your son’s question around 15:45, when the ball touched the pylon (orange foam post) it’s a touchdown. No matter what angle/direction
My oldest is in the mic-a-say when he was younger. Now he lives in California and works for Apple.
Proud of my Missouri team.
If you ever do go to a Chiefs game, be ready because fans at Arrowhead Stadium produce noise levels equivalent to a jet engine. I'm used to the noise but it is LOUD!
Absolutely love pat! I
It's so cool to see, even in "fly over country" as we're called by the left and right coast... Mahomes talent reaches a boat ride past "down under"!!!
Patrick is hands down my favorite player! He is the best! ❤️😛🙃😊
Being from Tyler and Whitehouse Texas (where mahomes is from) its crazy this kid most people knew from his basketball and football skills, being EVERYWHERE is just crazy.
You will LOVE seeing them play at Arrowhead.
As a life long Chiefs fan.... FINALLY!!!!!!!! I have witnessed some embarrassing times in my 35 years as a fan! I am loving this run with Mahomes!
You and me too brother been a fan for as long as I can remember
yup there have been some bad seasons. been a fan since marty ball. suffered through gunther as hc and the herm edwards and todd haley years. glad we finally have something good going, as long as our recievers can start catching passes
@@sherm4421 I still have 2 Matt Cassel jerseys in the closet. I swear that I was his last fan lol
I got it mostly because my last name is also Peters.@@notsomadscientist9602
as a bills fan please let us win one lmao
Die hard football fan and yes he’s very talented and fun to watch
He’s under contract till 2031, seen him in person 5 times so far and he’s worth going to a game. He’s going to be in Germany vs Miami Dolphins Nov 5th
Can't wait.
Mahomes & Kelce have a shared vision of the game & the field. They play backyard streetball at an elevated level.
I watched that Super Bowl with an Eagles buddy. He sang Fly, Eagles, fly the entire game....
Very big fan of Pat since his college days. I met him while he was still at University. (Which later became my own college)
I love Mahomes !!!! But Kudos to his receivers and backs. He has a great supporting cast! Central Kansas born and a Chief's fan for 45 + years and Mahomes has definitely ushered in a New Era!
As a native Kansas Citian, you have to go to arrowhead to experience the full depth of the Chiefs and Chiefs Kingdom
Definitely Mahomes changed the game bringing different types of style
Denzel’s expression when they played the Bengals was awesome.
I’m from KC and saw you guys posted this, awesome video, our team was not a good team to say the least before we drafted him and it’s been different ever since 🤣
Chiefs fan here since 1989......love my team and everyone on the team.
They're my favorite team. Mahomes will be the GOAT if he keeps it up
Stop this GOAT foolishness.
@@Nomad-vv1gk not interested in boomer football. It's a different game
Fantastic video 🎉 . 🙌
He and his wife have embraced this town as much as we've embraced them and they sit down roots. And yes Travis Kelce is a story of his own!
Looks like the CHEIFS KINGDOM took over some Cowboy territory goin south!
@@aaronpatterson2369 Don't get overly zealous. As I said, the Chiefs are behind the Cowboys in popularity. But they're a strong #2!
As someone who is from KC and has grown up a diehard chiefs fan.. GO SEE A GAME. It will not disappoint!
You should check out the video of Patrick throwing the football out of the Stadium. The video (Patrick Mahomes top 27 plays) is cool too.
Kelce is such a charismatic and cool guy and absolutely the perfect duo with Mahomes. Mahomes is one of a kind!
Love my Chiefs!!
Love Mahomes!! ❤💛
Come back someday to Chicago! It would be great to meet you all and show you the city.
Mahomes in my eyes is the ‘Houdini of the NFL’
There is no experience like Arrowhead in the evening against a rival. The noise and energy is unrivaled. Been to many and still gives you chills every time.
Arrowhead stadium is THE LOUDEST STADIUM in the world. Definitely take the opportunity to go if you can :)
Cheers....
and now you can say super bowl 58 champion!!
One Pride
One pride 🦁
I live in Knasas City. I work with the Chiefs. If you do come to watch a game, I'm more than happy to share my home with your family. 😊 Go Chiefs!
