    that. was. amazing!!!!! More like this! I love the use of dumbbells, bands, the bench, all of it! There is no time to get board. I also LOVE the repeat! I have learned from you that repeating fatigues the muscle so that is what makes the muscle stronger. This was awesome. More, More, More please! Have a great day Larie!
