Had all these same issues with D13, cleaned all sensor, and DPF filter and sent my Actuator to shop to be rebuilt this was a tremendous savings Dealer wanted over $1300, rebuild only cost $600+, Turbo was good to go after repairing VGR Actuator…
Who ruibuil this actuators?
Dimitri, I have a Variable geometry turbocharger actuator. The truck loses power. How can I fix this.

You are able to calibrated manually. With no computer
You can calibrate without computer. Theres a video on you tube
how can you say that turbo is good when is not opening all the way ?
You can open it from the turbine side and clean all the sood, that’s what it make it stick, and the turbo works like new
