I am currently a sophomore at UCSC studying computer science and aim to graduate by the end of my junior year. I live in an on-campus apartment at College 9 which is not normally offered to freshman, sorry. I prioritize my health, physical and emotional over anything else. So I go to the gym 4-5 times and week and do kickboxing 2 times a week. Besides that working on my youtube channel and just hanging out with friends keep me pretty busy.
I'm sure a lot of you guys watching this video are considering or planning to attend UCSC in the fall. Although UCSC does have a lot of drawbacks we do have a beautiful campus with 10 unique colleges for you to choose from. Every college is completely different from the next with different architecture, themes, and community.

@@luisnicolasrivas average gpa to get in for CS is likely higher than 3.5 because of how impacted the major is, but it is still possible depending on SAT/ACT scores and other factors

@@marblegray Psych is good there but remember its a research school so a lot of the professors will be teaching from a research background
@@zzzTipsterzzz That makes sense, I'm not quite sure how a professor teaching from that sort of background would impact my experience.. Well, I'll probably apply in any case as it seems like a good place.

Omar Zaifulizan yea if ur into big frat parties but kick backs are really fun. Ucsd is in a nice ass place and you will love san diego. I am a berkeley student and its hella fun here too. UCI is prtty socially dead too but like I said kick backs are a thing. I just hate uci campus lol.
