Must be an incredibly badass feeling to be cruising over a foreign country in one of those in formation like that. With that sound too it's like a scene from a movie.
Since I'm a little boy, Fighter Jets are one of the most epic and great things for me. Now I'm 30 years old and nothing changed. That raw power combined with pure accuracy and dynamic is just awesome. To be a Pilot for those airplanes, must feel unbelievable.

I’m the same aswell! Grew up on old windows games I’m 32 now! But I more lean towards the ww2 fighter aircrafts than anything especially the German engineering! Went to school over here in New Zealand next to an airbase first time I ever heard a jet was a Skyhawk literally was shaking from the fly bys from it! Still to this day if I hear anything in the sky I stop what I’m doing and always look up like I’m 8 again!!

@@nitanshkinger4465 Most stealth aircraft operate at very high altitudes so you won't hear them like this anyway, but also, they can throttle down and if the Su57 is anything like other Russian Aircraft I am not sure, it has vents to limit intake for the engines (typically used on takeoff to prevent debris from entering the engines), but ever since WW2 many pilots would cut the throttle when diving on a target so you wouldn't hear them coming. Also a neat fact, the whistle that bombs make, is actually not true, it comes from another psychological warfare tactic the Germans used, by attaching whistles to bombs, it would scare people when they heard whistling, bombs actually when dropped at high altitudes and reaching very fast speeds make sounds more similar to a plane flying by or... a loud car? I am really not sure how to describe it as it's really a unique sound in itself.
Referring to the whistle the Germans used, I'll just drop a reference to Agent Smith Voice Production's video on the Stuka siren. Also, with stealth aircraft these days, they don't have to be perfectly silent. In the old days aircraft had to fly low near the treeline to avoid radar (literally under the radar), but radar absorbing materials today allow stealth aircraft to operate at those high altitudes without radar detection, while the altitude reduces sound signature and on the B2 engine placement reduces heat signature. Also, JDAM smart bombs (for example) can be dropped from multiple miles away, so while forward installations might have a tiny chance at spotting it the target will probably never have visual or audio contact. Of course, these are Russian aircraft, so their radar cross-section is a bit behind the times.
guys, when i mean stealth, i refer to the cautious action of movement. all factors of being undetected like difficulty to discern, hear, or sense is stealth by definition. and yes, I know stealth in avionics means lesser radar cross signature or being unable to be detected in radars. let's just take the joke as it is, and not be so serious. but thanks for pointing it out anyways

Referring to the whistle the Germans used, I'll just drop a reference to Agent Smith Voice Production's video on the Stuka siren.
Also, with stealth aircraft these days, they don't have to be perfectly silent. In the old days aircraft had to fly low near the treeline to avoid radar (literally under the radar), but radar absorbing materials today allow stealth aircraft to operate at those high altitudes without radar detection, while the altitude reduces sound signature and on the B2 engine placement reduces heat signature. Also, JDAM smart bombs (for example) can be dropped from multiple miles away, so while forward installations might have a tiny chance at spotting it the target will probably never have visual or audio contact. Of course, these are Russian aircraft, so their radar cross-section is a bit behind the times.
It's not really the sound that makes it not stealthy, but all the rivets it has that radar will reflect and bounce off of.

this is a stealth fighter - i - "stealth" - cuz of a couple factors, namely the size of its air frame its considered "reduced visibility" which in turn means on the radars of actual stealth aircraft like the F-22 and F-35 it looks like any other aircraft...and there are a lot more F-22s than Su-57s

@@splendid9910 The Raptor, along with 4th-gen fighters, really aren't that loud when subsonic under mil-power. Seeing them fly along prop engines, the props tend to be louder. That goes out the window which will soon shatter because once the burner is kicked in, then the Raptor is easily the loudest plane I've ever heard.
