      @@random3362 Poland took back from Czechoslovakia what Czechoslovakia stole from them first. That's fair for me.
      Aggression against RSFSR - you mean the Kiev Offensive? In that case, Poland was allied with Ukrainian People's Republic against the RSFSR, but the goal was creation of independent Ukrainian state acting as a buffer zone between Poland and the Soviets. It wasn't aggression against ethnically Russian lands. Neither was the Polish-Lithuanian war. But the Soviets wanted the revolution to spread westwards anyway, so they used these three-side conflicts as an excuse.
      If anything, Ukrainians and Lithuanians would have some right to revenge, but not the Russians. Not to mention that the Poland's aggression towards it's neighbors pales in comparison to what Russia had done to Poland in the 18th, 19th and 20th century. Saying Poles did "everything to deserve it" is a bold statement.

      @Rhinosaurfish 4 года назад +84

      @@nitanshkinger4465 Most stealth aircraft operate at very high altitudes so you won't hear them like this anyway, but also, they can throttle down and if the Su57 is anything like other Russian Aircraft I am not sure, it has vents to limit intake for the engines (typically used on takeoff to prevent debris from entering the engines), but ever since WW2 many pilots would cut the throttle when diving on a target so you wouldn't hear them coming.
      Also a neat fact, the whistle that bombs make, is actually not true, it comes from another psychological warfare tactic the Germans used, by attaching whistles to bombs, it would scare people when they heard whistling, bombs actually when dropped at high altitudes and reaching very fast speeds make sounds more similar to a plane flying by or... a loud car? I am really not sure how to describe it as it's really a unique sound in itself.

      Referring to the whistle the Germans used, I'll just drop a reference to Agent Smith Voice Production's video on the Stuka siren.
      Also, with stealth aircraft these days, they don't have to be perfectly silent. In the old days aircraft had to fly low near the treeline to avoid radar (literally under the radar), but radar absorbing materials today allow stealth aircraft to operate at those high altitudes without radar detection, while the altitude reduces sound signature and on the B2 engine placement reduces heat signature. Also, JDAM smart bombs (for example) can be dropped from multiple miles away, so while forward installations might have a tiny chance at spotting it the target will probably never have visual or audio contact. Of course, these are Russian aircraft, so their radar cross-section is a bit behind the times.
