  • In this episode of Progression Sessions, I'm using a variety of different pedals to make my Drop C breakdowns sound 100 times more interesting! Now that I've finished the first song off my EP, I can start working on the next song where I aim to write the heaviest breakdowns possible.

Love the honesty: "just a bunch of random stupid notes, but I like it". There's this temptation among youtube guitar intelligentsia to provide a theoretical basis for everything, even when there is none, and it just "sounded good" in context.

People love to over complicate things aye. I think it’s important for me to show that it doesn’t have to be difficult and sometimes it is just as simple as “it just sounds good”. 🤘

Really loving these videos. I've been in a rut with my writing and your vids are definitely helping me break out of my funk.

Appreciate the support dude! I somewhat gave up on music and sold all my guitars, but silly of me but I’ll be building up my collection again for sure. 🤘
