- Here is an extended version of the Invader Zim Main Theme. I couldn't find a decent one anywhere, so here it is, with no vocals either, and in good quality. Enjoy.

I love how, like, war-themed this is. You'd hear the opening song and instantly recognise the show's about an invader.

This show came out at the exact same time as Fairly Odd Parents. I remember because they advertised the two together. I can't believe this was canceled, yet they are still making new episodes of Fairly Odd Parents, plus live action TV movies.
Right?? And Fairly Odd Parents stopped being funny YEARS ago. Zim should have had a better chance.

Now, I'll admit I haven't watched the show (planning on it), but I know Richard Steven Horvitz's voice specifically as Alpha 5 from Power Rangers and Kaos from Skylanders (and since his voice is so recognizable, I know him as Zim, in some way), and I read it in his voice.

I love Invader Zim I'm so disappointed that they had to cancel the show because it wasn't appropriate for kids. All they should've done was to change it to a PG-13 television series

Shiny Girl It also had low ratings because the show wasn't appropriate for young viewers. A production called Soapy Waffles will try to finish the show with the recordings of their voices. The show hasn't finished a single episode because the people recreating the show are students who are going to college.

Conceptually the Irken empire are super intimidating and badass. Seriously, like, outside the context of the show imagine being an alien up for conquest:
You've lived your life pretty quiet and mundane, but out in the stars you hear horror stories. Tales of a race of aliens bred for war. The moment they're created, they are programmed and trained to invade. They have conquered countless planets, enslaving their people or simply obliterating them. Their numbers are massive, their weapons destructive, hell, one invader even destroyed their own home planet in a fit of bloodlust! Now they just wander around hunting.
Then you notice it. Things are weird, people go missing, strange new technology starts to appear, and you have one neighbor who's just a little off. Then one day: the armada is at your door, and there is nothing you can do.
