C4 ZR-1 axle ratio DEBATE! 3.45 vs. 4.10 rear gears

Checking to see if my C4 ZR1 Corvette has the stock 3.45:1 rear axle ratio or if it has been "upgraded" to 4.10s!
Based on a Short I uploaded showing 2nd gear acceleration, one commentor suggested the car had 4:10s, and another commenter suggested I had stock 3.45 gears but a tach that reads high.
Which will it be? Stock 3.45, or aftermarket 4.10 gears!?

The ZR1 , in my opinion, should have the 4.10 rear gears.
The 3.45s were used by Chevrolet to meet the fuel economy target and avoid the gas guzzler tax.
