I looove your patches on jacket idea! My partner and I collect ornaments from every place we travel and it’s so fun when we put them on the tree every year and reminisce on all our travels throughout the years. ❤
You should try gel polish on your natural nails! Much quicker and low maintenance than acrylic but lasts way longer than regular polish in my experience :)

The Virginia landscape reminds me so much of the driftless region of Wisconsin (where the glaciers didn’t touch). It’s been compared to Scotland too. I have a hunch you and Matt would appreciate it! It’s also a pretty low budget vacation/travel spot. You should consider it for the warmer months!
i'm a fellow gen z-er who's not the biggest fan of titkok - i much prefer youtube and long form content and i'm so happy to have found your channel 🤍🤍 i recently found your channel and would love it if you were to do speak about your OCD diagnosis and what having it has been like for you, and how you've found getting treatment (obvi only if you're comfortable doing so). i've had OCD for years but was only recently diagnosed - i specifically have contamination OCD - and it's always been really isolating bc idk anyone personally in my life who has OCD, and i've struggled finding people online, esp people around my age, who have OCD. really appreciate how open you are and i'm so glad i found your channel
You and I are the same. I can declutter all day long. Hate going to drop it off. And I can wash laundry all day long too but hate folding it and have piles on piles to fold. Something I really need to work on

Something to consider for your nails: think about shellac! Lasts way longer than regular nail polish, but desn't rough up your nails as much as acrylics!

Hi Mary! Your hair is looking great since you cut it, and even healthier after not bleaching! Its grown so fast! What products are you using to help that? Also, are you using any anti hair thinning products?

something that helped when our puppy was mouthy was toy replacement. basically redirecting the behaviour and giving them a toy to play with in their mouth instead of your hand/foot/etc. it took a bit to stick but worked for us so wanted to share in case it might help you guys !!
Anytime I drive around that part of McLean I think about how long it takes to clean those houses because a whole week just doesn’t seem enough
Executive dysfunction can be part of bipolar disorder. Specifically occupational functioning. I find myself struggling pretty hard when I’m falling into the depression part of bipolar. Of course I’m not a doctor and can’t speak for everyone. This is just my experience. I also have adhd and ocd though so maybe that could play a roll in it too.

You know those pictures of teeny tiny little yorkies and chihuahuas sitting in tiny little teacups with little bows in their fur and probably weigh MAYBE a pound? That’s how my golden retriever pictures herself
and then he gets mad at ME when I don’t want him jumping on top of me!! sir I can’t breathe!!

Fergus is such a sweet boy and regarding the discipline thing I totally get it, my fiancé is the same way as Matt and sometimes getting into the gym myself versus him is an interesting thing that I struggle with sometimes and we even struggle with balancing between us if that makes sense

hey! just so you know, trauma can often manifest into adhd symptoms, possibly accounting for your executive dysfunction. nadine burke harris has a great book on this titled the deepest well!

Hi !🌼I've been following you for a long time now (love your content) and I thought you were also diagnosed for adhd, along you bpd.. but in your intro you mention executive dysfunction and not being sure you have that (when its usually something you have when you have adhd) so I'm understanding you aren't diagnosed ? Anyway, what I meant to say about this is that a lot of the time, people (women mostly) will be wrongly diagnosed with bpd and/or ocd when it is in fact "just" adhd. So they will get the "wrong" treatment and not really get better because event if it lessens some symptoms (bc they're similar) it won't get to the root of the issues. I am not a professional, but it is something that I have heard a lot in the adhd/autism community, which I am a part of, so I thought I would share in case it might help you (or anyone reading this comment) 🫶
