Mary don't ever feel like you shouldn't talk about mental health and never feel bad about saying what you feel. You are one of the realest influencers I've ever watched and are so relatable that it helps me and I'm sure many others feel seen. So happy for you for all you've accomplished! Much love 💕

What you’re saying about living with mental Illness and depression really put words to something I’ve felt for years! I’m not an influencer, but I feel the same resentment you’re talking about with coworkers or just random people online. I’m so grateful that you’re open about your struggles - it truly makes a positive difference ❤️

As a fellow depressed girly I just want to thank you so much for being so real in your videos. I absolutely LOVE your content and I'm so inspired by everything you've accomplished. I relate so much to what you say about being frustrated with your mental health. The way your feeling is so valid and so is taking time for yourself when you need it💗

You saying “I feel like i’ve been struggling lately but i also feel like i always say that” I feel that exact thought all the time. And you know how you talk about how other influencers seem more productive? You seem like that to us, so it’s nice to hear something so relatable! ❤

I can’t put into words how your videos make me feel, but just know you are one of the best creators I’ve found on any platform and make me feel so normal and that I’m doing a good job. The part about there being so much you want to do but feeling held back by your mental health was so good and genuine, I’ve never heard it put into words or had the balls to talk about that specifically out loud. Thank you ❤

Every time you talk about your mental illness, even if you feel like it’s too much or whatever, it helps me feel like I’m not the only one that goes through every moment of every day having to consider my mental illness. It’s so tiring and so easy to resent, but hearing and seeing you talk about it, in the way you do, is always helpful. So thank you!

Mary you’re 5 years younger than me and I’ve learned so much about showing up for myself in my mental health ups and downs from watching your content! I can’t be the only one who appreciates your transparency with what you go through… here for all of your content, whenever it works for you to post it (from silly cardboard eating puppy to mental health things)! ❤

Mary, thank you for being so open and honest with us. Thank you for trusting us and it’s so nice to hear someone put it into words for the way I’ve been feeling. Mental health is so hard and every single day is a fight. We love you so much and I’m so happy that I found you and can support you. 🩵

I could say so much about it but mostly I want to say we all love your content but care about your physical and mental health more, if you ever need to step away or take a mental health break you deserve to and we’ll be here when you come back 🫶

Girl that is the most relatable thing you said at the end of the video! I resent my brain the same way you do, I actually use your videos when you describe how your feeling in different mental health moments to help explain how I feel to others ❤

In the past couple of months i’ve been catching up on your podcast on my hot girl walks and vlogs when I want something to watch. You help inspire me to create my own goals and manifest my own future and I would not be having these thoughts without you & your lovely content. I love when you share about your mental health struggles, as I too am a therapy girly going through it. It’s so nice to know that I’m not alone in my doubts about my progress in life, my anxieties about productivity, or my bad mental health days. Thank you for being a friend and a role model🤍 I’ll catch up on vlogs & podcast episodes soon! Can’t wait to hear about the move :)

We're basically the same age, but I wanted you to know how much I look up to you. It takes so much strength to be vulnerable, and you expressing how you feel helps more than you know. I remember when I just got engaged, and just got admitted to university, and so many good things were happening but I'd still cry every night, and I'd ask myself "Why am I not happy?" You're not alone ❤ and we love you!

So unbelievably proud of you. I have watched you since the beginning on Instagram/ TikTok. I have loved watching your progress and your accomplishments so far. You are doing absolutely amazing. Mental health is such a wrench in life's plans. I deal with a lot of the same issues. Somedays you only push through, I always used to tell myself "the show will go on." Because somedays that's all you can do 💕

You’re one of maybe 3 RUclips creators/influencers who I actually make sure I keep up with because of how relatable and down to earth you are. You’re also the only podcast I’ve found that I really enjoy listening to whether it’s a topic I relate to or not. I’m sure it’s easy to compare yourself and content to others but you’re personally one of my faves and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way. Don’t change ❤

Well… I wasn’t expecting to cry during this vlog. Please don’t ever stop sharing or talking about your mental health. Honestly I feel exactly the same as you right now and I’m so frustrated by my mental health and watching this helped so much and made me feel like I’m not alone! I love your vlogs so much! Thank you Mary! Xx

I appreciate so much that you feel like you struggle with your mental health often because I feel like by the end of most days I feel that way. And not that I don’t appreciate my life, and not that I don’t even enjoy it, I have a great life and yet i still have to walk myself through everything and prepare so far in advance, and talk myself down from comments that I am aware don’t mean anything but still work myself up over. It feels amazing to come here and know someone else also is in it, and that life end and flows and things will change and it’s okay to be where you are.

Trigger Warning: I feel like I have no time because I have Borderline Personality Disorder (anxiety and CPTSD too) and the SH and S Idealization is really hard to deal with. I constantly feel like I'm no one and worthless and devalue myself so much. Your content helps me so much. Keep going, Mary. Thanks for reminding me that I have time.

Mary, I am here to remind you that you do have time. You have time to show up for yourself first, before us!! We will be here with open arms, always. You have time to accomplish all of the goals you are setting and the life you are manifesting. You are changing the stigma around mental health simply by being authentic to yourself and navigating with us. We love what you choose to share, and how much you clearly care for your audience. We care for you too girl!! The beauty in your journey is that it’s not always perfect. And you’re showing us you can still show up and be successful and have bad days and feel down. Two things can be true.
Also, this episode style is a new fave 🩵

Oh Mary. I relate to what you spoke about at the end so much. OCD and anxiety affect every part of my life, every part of my day. It's exhausting. How can I get anything done when all my energy is spent on those things? It's exhausting. I'm exhausted. I also think of all the things I could be doing, all the things I want to do, and it is so hard and so frustrating.

i relate to the end so much. it feels like i am constantly waiting to be happy and wondering if the next thing i am working for will get me there. unfortunately, i don't think it works this way. i think we have happy moments and sad moments and other kinds in between. i am working on accepting my emotions and meeting myself where i am in that moment rather than worrying about the next one or resenting the past.

Mary, all of those feelings are so valid and you’re certainly not alone. I think as women who are high achievers/successful/however you want to frame it, imposter syndrome runs rampant even if we know none of those limiting thoughts are true!
I would highly recommend the book “The Secret Thoughts of Successful Women” by Valerie Young. It changed my outlook on my success and of myself in general. Sending you all the good vibes 🤍

You really are being too harsh on yourself when you say about being jealous that others are 'getting on with it' and you don't feel that you are. I know from my perspective that as someone looking in from the outside you are definitely 'getting on with it' even if it doesn't feel like it.
You're doing regular podcasts, regular vlogs, regular outfit content, releasing merch, working on and releasing a collab product, training a puppy, being present for your loved ones, planning a big move all while dealing with mental health struggles. Dont sell yourself short 💜
