Would be great to see an update of the reapers, to show what they're like after being over wintered here in the U.K. 👍🏻

I've done it - 4/5 came back successfully & are quite bushy. They have flower buds already(mid April). This is their first over-winter so it's wait & see as to how big/productive they'll get....

How often do you water the plant after it goes dormant?

I have a question once you prune the plant do you have to leave some leaves on the plant so the plant can't died

Does not really matter if the leaves fall off, it will be dormant until it gets warmer and brighter.

Once pruned should I take the potted pepper plant indoors or leave it outside for winter? Should it be covered or anything? I live in the mid-Atlantic United States and winter gets cold and sometimes snowy.

You definitely need to keep it indoors, either in a glasshouse or conservatory or on a sunny window ledge.
