@@skua_legend1297 you can write about the hardships you’ve been through, such as what obstacles have you faced and how you overcome them. You can talk about personal growth or lessons that you’ve learned throughout high school

Girl THANK U SO MUCH. Personally, I struggle with my writing because I still haven't found my "voice". College essays/personal statements are scary because I'm now put to the test of representing myself through writing!! This technique is really helpful bc it strips it all down to the bare bones so you have a reliable structure/foundation. Thanks so much!!

thank you so much for this. I scrapped three personal statements and kept on wondering what went wrong; all of them just felt really off and had a robotic feel to it. I realized that it’s because I jumped to the word-vomit stage without writing down my values + bullets, or establishing a structure. I’m really glad that I started binging your videos because I’m going to scrap my draft once again and start over using your outline. Thank you so much 🥺

The best tip is using a structure. Although trying to tie it into a theme for the college app is still tricky. My advisor definitely helped me get rid of random stuff in my essay and tie it back to my supplements, activities, and everything else.

Hi. I just completed my high school recently and applied in one of the universities in the Us. In my college application process, I am supposed to write a gap study statement where am supposed to write the things I have been doing from the time i completed my high school until now. Is there any procedure I should write the essay because I really want to get through this application.

frygfyrgfyfwu i havent started applying yet since i still need to take my ielts exam (people from non english speaking country know what i mean ) but i will only take iyt like a whole month later!! since there were no seats and now i have to do something for college at least write the leter .
