Very useful conversation, one suggestion that if you could try to get the first hand experience from participants on how did they handle their US investment accounts during the move( 401k, HSA, IRA, Savings and brokerage accounts etc..). I know there is lot of information available in the internet but getting the first hand information from the people who have done that will add value.
