Not a single valid question. Junk questions by the interviewer. The main question should focus on how he achieved that number. What strategy to use. Wasted very good opportunity...😓
Agree, seems like he was forced to work while he was planning for a leave.

Poor questions asked.. no proper introduction. Stopped at halfway... saved precious 11 min for myself
Agree, seems like he was forced to work while he was planning for a leave.
Stopped at 10 sec after reading comments 😂
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. I've been saving for a long time instead of investing, and right now I only have about $400K. considering all the inflation, i'm thinking of investing in stocks, i dont just have idea on market strategies.
At a point like this, when the pressure is already on you to retire, its best recommended you seek the services of an advisor, as this allows you make smarter investing decisions.
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $30k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
Do you mind sharing info on the advisor who assisted you?
Annette Christine Conte is the licensed coach I use. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I appreciate it. After searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get. A call has been scheduled.
Hope Mint can put some more money and get a good interviewer !
This is possible only if the income is very high.
You should also introduce the person & his background first. At what position - profession - education background etc..
I think no need to top up your term insurance as there is no fear of your family getting buried into debt because of your loss. As you had a huge corpus that should be fine
I guess the insurance premium he quoted, not sure how genuine, I hv a 1cr insurance & I pay a premium of 13k which I purchased also long back.
Agree. I think that if someone has enough asset as backup, they should avoid term insurance. Instead they should put that in some equity index funds for growth.
Background music is annoying!
Please slap your editor once, please !
Junk video. How this guy got too much wealth in 40 which will become 15 cr. Useless video.
Man, I am 35 and I already made 4.7Cr which includes mf, shares and FD. I can make 4cr in next 10 years. By the time my 4.5cr become at least 9Cr( rule of 72) so it's not an unreal video. Me and my wife are earning good money in IT. We are average people in terms of intelligence and family background.
Yeah, you are absolutely right. Probably they earn a lot and both he and his spouse are earning members.
See it's a golden rule, if you start on a good salary then with either back up of family or not, you can make sound investments and build a good corpus by 40. But that is only around less than 10% In India. Most start with their salary in few thousands and have the burden of their family along with their own when they get married so it's not easy to invest that much and build that corpus. And most of the times, there I only earning member in the family. The more the merrier. Remember, I aint saying that investment is not possible, but it's a slow growth.
Nice. The fire number is decent and practical
Thanks Neil. Need more of these
Such a sorted guy !!
And also pls ask potfolio allocation and how things changed over the years? It could have been an even better interview - GREAT JOB Arunava!
This guy has aced his Personal Finance 👍👍
please discuss about NPS. Great video overall :) Thanks !
Very casual interview conducted. Guy was having many more information to share but kinda questions asked lost the overall value of session.
NPS only employer contribution in new regime. Not employee contrubution. pls check.
Since Interviewer didnt asked complete questions so assuming only MF exposure which means portfolio seems to be heavily concentrated especially with no exposure to RE or Gold. Imagine for any reason if market crash heavily then his portfolio can be wiped by half and it will be a free fall. Diversification is important.
Ye bhai satya Nadella ka bhai lag rha h
This Guy is smart
It’s getting popular. Lots of desi channels featuring people on this journey or already passed.
Bhai mahina 30 k income balo ka banao jo freedom hasil kiya or karne bala ho
Many relevant questions were not discussed. How much salary, monthly mf sip,
does he even eat
If everyone wants to retire who will work? In fact all these early retire people's income also depend if someone is working.
I have one etf for last 20 years
think this guy had come on moneycontrol' The Tenant with Vishal Bhargava?
Iss aadmi me jaan hi nai dikhrai.. ab kya karega FIRE ka.
😂
super
Super awkward vibe...the interviewer seems to be in an off mood!
Agree, seems like he was forced to work while he was planning for a leave.
He is 40 and how he reached/saved 6/7 Cr🤔.. may be he and his wife earning more than 3L per month🤔. It is good for them, but if he had told how much they invested every month to reach there would have been good
Waste of time for me not even getting a clear picture of how when what ,since his journey so long he can give more valuable insights but just by telling some percentage i have not useful
Bhai dono husband wife ka combined salary to batao
What is this guys annual income??😂
Niel bro looks dead inside, prep and show some enthusiasm bhai
I am 35 and my net worth just touch one crore after working for more than 13 years. I can't even think of retiring in the next 5 years as one crore is not going to be enough for anything. My current packages around 36 lakhs I want to understand how this guy made a 15 crores this is beyond reasonable.
Well that's coz you are ignoring compounding , if you invest 1 crore right now and do SIP of 1.5 lakh per month at 20% CAGR, you still can hit 4 crore by 40.
And if the market grows anywhere like last 5 years, it may be 5-6 crore too.
@@AnshuSaketSingh 20 pc cagr ? 🤣🤣🤣 That's not realistic ..
@@iamthelegendripper8900 Prove it, category average of Midcap funds in India for past 5 year is 27.1%.
If you can't even beat category avg, you are just terrible at investing.
@@iamthelegendripper8900 The nifty 50 avg is 18.34% CAGR for past 5 years, if you can't even beat that then you are probably terrible investor
@@iamthelegendripper8900 20% is normal what is unrealistic in that ....
Too many funds you need one broad market index fund and maybe one multi cap active fund.
What if that AMC goes bankrupt?? Those who got money gotta have risk management.
@@Family-un3rf you go with reputed AMC’s like SBI or TATA or any of the big 3 banks ICICI, HDFC or AXIS but investing 10-15 MF is over complication and kills the returns.
He is already halfway of his target.. Even if he doesn't put any penny to his fund, it will double in 5 yrs with normal 15℅ cagr which MF provides.. So nothing much he needs to do.. Both patents works and earns, so nothing there for others to learn.. They are already part of .5℅ of Indian population.. Such video doesn't help anyone..
Very poor question.
No structure to the interview.
Portfolio
High income salaried guy. But financial awareness, am not so sure .
I guess he is spoilt by watching yt videos and twitter. 😅
Getting a good advisor would help him a lot..
Too many funds. Not clear about taxation. Feels insecure abt 1% extra for mfd.. on good days selling and bad days buying gyaans...
Get help sir. You ll increase the corpus much higher!
He doesn’t know what he is doing with investments .. really amateur!
Very limited stocks portfolio, no gold, no real estate, only MF. How he will become 15 cr person? Maybe parents supported?
nothing worth to watch.no basic information is given to viewers
Stupid questions being asked
Poor interviewer
