I really love how when I watch your videos and I see something I like, I can probably afford it after saving for a bit.
That's exactly what I try and do with these videos. Highlight the less popular brands that offer some great affordable watches. Yes not as affordable as the likes of Seiko and Orient but, offering original designs with great specifications from brands with a great story.

Thanks Rik. I think Fine Watches Berlin is my favourite on the list. My German pronunciation is better than my Japanese that's for sure. I've visited Germany 3 times so I have somewhat of an idea on how to say certain things. Although some of them still threw me off 🤣 Thanks for watching mate. I did miss Mühle Glasshütte. This watchmaker has a long tradition and makes nice, good watches.
I missed Junghans. The Max Bill is a classic.

So sad about the Circula ProTrail not having a date complication. The yellow version would be on my wrist if it did, despite affecting the anti-magnetism.
I may be wrong, but I feel like a lot of people do not know about Kudoke , for me their K2 model is one of the prettiest watches out there

I actually met the owner of Circula yesterday, he's a really nice guy! He had a selection of watches with him, they look even better in person than on pictures. A seed has been planted in the back of my mind...

This video isn't about 1 particular watch. It's about brands. Feel free to do your own research on the brands that you like the look of.
Meister Singer is underrated and misunderstood because a lot of people view the single arm dial as a gimmick despite it being an old and legitimate way of telling time.

As a German whos father was a watchmaker for more than 40 years, I thought I knew the geeman watch industry quite well.
Where are A. LANGE, GLASHÜTTE ORIGINAL, MÜHLE, UNION, JUNGHANS, SINN, HANHART???
Most of the brands you presented are totally unknown in Germany and only tiny microbrands with neither real producing capacities nor any history.
Onky ones brands on your list that really counts were NOMOS, MEISTERSINGER and LACO.
That's the point of these videos, to shine light on the lesser known brands. Talking about the big popular brands is boring, people already know about them.

Great brand, great watches. However it's already very popular. I try to feature as many less popular brands as possible.

That's just not true is it. Yes, a couple of brands on the list have expensive models. However the majority of them have models costing much less than $1000. I can't magically pull out a load of German Watch brands creating watches for the prices of Seiko and Orient. They just don't exist. From my research and knowledge, these are some of the best 'affordable' watches you can pick up from Germany.
@@TopTierTicker Yeah that's fair enough, unfortunately sub 300$ German watches are really hard to come by, so far I've owned almost exclusively Japanese watches and am looking to buy either a Swiss or German one but especially the German offerings under 200-300 are non-existent, oh well
