    This is awesome thanks. My trouble when sitting and trying to pull my ribs in and neutralize my spine is that my thorasic spine and shoulders slump forward. I'll see if working it while laying down helps. (I try to work it in the car, at work, etc)

      +Renee Gallo yes, try laying down and also work on thoracic mobility, specifically extension. The five way shoulder warm up video on my channel has a good set up that should help improve it! Good luck and let me know if you have any questions 🤗

    What if you can't march without the pelvis moving?

      Keep working on it! It's part control and part strength. You may also find this exercise helpful to locate the muscles you'll need to use to stabilize: ruclips.net/video/BbKISz2mzCk/видео.html Work up from there and you'll get even better at keeping your pelvis still.
