This is awesome thanks. My trouble when sitting and trying to pull my ribs in and neutralize my spine is that my thorasic spine and shoulders slump forward. I'll see if working it while laying down helps. (I try to work it in the car, at work, etc)

Keep working on it! It's part control and part strength. You may also find this exercise helpful to locate the muscles you'll need to use to stabilize: ruclips.net/video/BbKISz2mzCk/видео.html Work up from there and you'll get even better at keeping your pelvis still.
