seems weird but kneeling puts you in neutral position. I kneel at my desk everyday to alleviate back pain. I use 8 inch high density foam. I suffer from Anterior Pelvic Tilt and do PT for it everyday. They are specific exercises. FInd a Postural Therapist.
@@Fitness4BackPain I had fusion surgery August 9th of this year L3 to L4 L4 to L5 I understand only be a loud to walk for the first 6 months. I realize the fusion needs to start growing is bones. I am walking roughly a mile everyday maybe more some days. The front of my legs and the back of my legs uppers only started cramping 2 weeks after surgery. I drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. Everytime I exercise like knee bends while sitting they start to cramp. Any thoughts that might help? Thanks

So I subscribe to your email site. I go into a detail message to send it to you and godaddy blocks it. If we can't communicate why did I subscribe.
I have no idea why it was blocked...its not my area of expertise. I am reading this comment from you here so can you post it here?
