I am cutting my own hair for about a year now and I have been using the Limural clippers (Chinese brand).
I want to upgrade to a better clipper now.
    What would you guys recommend?
I am living in europe so I don't have access to all clippers (I cannot buy stylecraft clippers)
I was thinking about getting a senior, JRL 2020C or Babyliss FX.
They're all around the same price with the senior being a bit cheaper than the other two.
The Wahl magic clip cordless (the standard one, not the gold one) is at 73 euros right now but would you recommend it nowadays?
Like I said, it's just for cutting my hair at home (mid fade), so something like debulking aint really important to me because I cut my hair every week.

@ThugNasty You can feather, freehand, cornercut, use certain angles. Theres a couple of ways to skip guards if you practice it enough and its way faster than using a guard like this where you have to go over everything 8 times in different directions until it maybe gets all the hair and then you still have to detail it afterwards.

How long would this whole haircut normally take you? I'm hitting the 45 minute mark but sometimes I'm feeling rushed...so it would be helpful just to know how.mjch time you allow for this cut?

Sean just want your feed back. I’m in my first year of barbering, what are your thoughts of doing the fade with a fusion blade and doing some detailing with a taper blade?? Would you recommend investing into another clipper with a taper blade???

I think that would be solid but just comes down to what you’re most comfortable with! Try different ways til you find the best way for you.

Hey man! I have been binge watching all of your videos for the past weekend. It all started because I’m trying to a tapper haircut on my own hair. I have been struggling with getting that nice sharp blend. I realized I’m lacking in two main areas. First, y need a better clippers with a tapper blade and I need to come up with a cutting system. Every time I do my hair I do it differently. Other than that, any other suggestion? By the way, great content I wish you the best!

You nailed it. Gotta have a consistent system. And good Clippers definitely help 👌🏻

I feel like the half guard messes up my whole cut but then I switched to taper blades and realized I just don’t have that hand yet
