Napa Waste and Recycling: Autocar Labrie Expert 2000

- Napa Waste and Recycling is small local company that collects Trash, Recycling, and Yard Waste in the City of Napa as well as the County of Napa. The company uses a variety of automated equipment to service residential customers including this truck, Curotto Cans, and new CNG Labrie Automizers. They have been recently replacing these Labrie Helping Hands and Curotto Cans with the new Autocar ACX CNG Labrie Automizers, so in an effort to catch one of these trucks before they are all gone, we set out to Napa, CA to find one in action and film it. This video is all I got of the truck, since the supervisor showed up and checked to see what we were doing (totally nice guy, we felt like leaving anyways). Enjoy.

I think this is even earlier than 06...my guess would be 04 as this is an early model Expert. The helping hand refers to the automated aspect of the arm not necessarily the body make of the truck. Regardless, awesome video and a ton of fun to watch. Comments...well...some of the commenters are annoying but oh well...kids.
+Refuse Truck Photography Wow, 2004?! Makes more sense as to why they would be replacing them. And after checking the license plate, you were correct! The truck is a 2004. Very awesome guess!
And as for the comments sections, I just leave that to its own devices most of the time. As long as they aren't offending people or something like that, I let it go sometimes. I mange most of my channel on the go (during my commute from school, waiting for my next class, etc, so the ability to delete comments aren't quite nice on my phone.)
Awesome video! Funny to see the driver pick up that 25 gallon Otto! Interesting tailgate on that truck.

+Trash Trackers Yeah. This company prefers to use the flat tailgates. The mini carts out here aren't really common, but fun to watch.
I though I heard they converted multiple and still have some of these trucks, but awesome video this truck is incredible

Nice vid! I wish I could've gotten footage of their trucks back in March when I was up there for a road trip on a Monday. It was 4 P.M. and no carts were collected! Oh well. I love Napa's trucks and I hope to get up there again some day.

California Refuse Trucks Weird, because as I told you, I know this driver and he's super friendly to me. Another driver that I know that I see at the gym says he's really friendly to everyone and he is a fisherman. 😜LOL

California Refuse Trucks Yeah. Sorry for this EXTREMELY late reply. Sad to see he wasn’t really friendly. Whenever I film him, he always smiles and waves, and even let me get some photos of the inside of the truck. He’s a really friendly guy tho. Everyone at the yard calls him “The Fisherman” LoL
