On the bright side all your clip troubles gave us a pretty efficient method of removing it in minimal time! Thank you very much for such a clear demonstration!
Ignore all the negative comments...this video really helped me out with changing my brakes and as long your videos can help someone that's all that matters!! Thank you!!
Wanted to say thank you.Just did my rears and didn't like the way the ebrake felt. I looked again and realized I put that little spring for it on wrong. Your video is the only place to confirm my suspicions. Thanks again.
Your video helped me get mine done... it was simple and thank you for the knowledge homie.....couldn't have done it without ya.....keep it up.....D21 for life
Done hundreds if not a thousand brakes relines over the decades ! Its a learning process bit like muscle memory My first likely took hours no doubt But over time it gets quicker and easier But the best thing is to keep your cool ! always walking away for a rest when thigs don't line up , good video Sir 🤟🦘🦘
Whenever I do my brakes , I place a container underneath and spray everything down with brake cleaner then come back later so there’s minimal crap covering everything
you probably dont give a shit but if you're stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies and series on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my gf lately :)
" Disc Brake Quiet forms a water resistant, high-temperature film that absorbs noise while quieting squeaks & squeals. Specially formulated to dampen the vibrations that cause brake noise. For use on the back of non-shimmed disc pads."
Toss the special tool away 👍 get a snub nose plyers placing them over centre pin not clamping But just compress the round spring , once compressed rotate plyers until slot lines up then Release ! 5 seconds per side this way
You should be able to put all your springs on with the brake spring tool. However, Your method worked. You should clean and lubricate that self adjuster. Most of them don't work because they're full of crud. I hope you put the cap back on that wheel cylinder. Constructive criticism aside it was a good video.
Read directions!!! " Disc brake quiet " ISN'T lubricant is a product that dries on back of disc pads to create soft surface to PREVENT rattle WHEN hardware fatigues. Dude!
🤙 hell yeah helped out a lot

Knock a pocket flathead between the two ends of the clip then take a larger screwdriver place it on the end and you can hammer it out in one go

There is an easy tool to remove that clip
That product will dry semi hard. You just f__cked YOUR brakes. They'll not open and close correctly

Don't do how to videos if you don't know how.
This Comment Is Trash. Don’t tolerate idiots like yourself.
If you don't like his video then you don't need to watch it. You certainly don't need to comment on it and be negative about it.
Amateur brake job!
Who is a pro around here? It aint me.
If you don't know what you're doing, don't make a how to video on something
Shut up already with these Comments. All your going to do is get blocked cause your a Bot or something clearly.
If you don't like the video go make your own then or just be quiet. It may not be exactly the way I would do everything but at least it's helpful.
