    This is gem...as for me really want to quit smoking. But I can't seem to get over it first on the mental and then the emotional effects of smoking. How do you apply the 3 steps when it comes to smoking. Thanks!

      @@AldousPaa take it one day at a time and be aware of when you get the urge. When you do, replace it consistently with a task that should make you busy and get your mind off the bad habit. If you constantly feed your vices, then you don't want to change bad enough
