Really enjoyed this quick 30 mins yoga routine. I was sore from doing strength training and swimming and needed this stretch to reset. It’s surprisingly sweaty and tiring, thank you!

This is a fantastic flow, Erin. Thank you for sharing. I felt that the practice built just enough heat in my body and challeneged my strength to a good degree, while being well-rounded: helping me to practice balancing, opening, lengthening, and strengthening poses. Great way to start the day. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow, and I appreciate the different variations you made available for several poses. Thank you again. Namaste.
Enoyed this practice thank you. Even as a yoga teacher, I found it sweaty and fairly demanding. I'm always amazed to see how many less experienced people manage these online sessions.

Can't recommend you enough (and I do, a lot). Erin you are the most intuitive teacher I've found, thank you for combining such helpful breath to movement cues etc it really helps me to focus and be present with the breath/body, such a pivotal focal point of practise. No more injury! Namaste
