Those houses look tempting but I would not commit myself spending money to buy unless live there for at least 6 months to understand all about the area. I would be interested in renting for sure! For 370K can use that money as a downpayment to purchase RE in lets say USA which shall bring passive income of at least 50K annually. Have 5 of those can get 250K of total income without working, of course considering all paid off which takes long time...
not sure whats better actually, buy in Thai, spend 400K or put that money, lets say in stocks or purchase RE in the country where it shall produce passive income...

Jira god knows i respect you and like you as i am also a nurse or used to be but not now, But gentlemen's watching this video never ever buy property in Thailand and have it put in your Thai wifes name ever as there are far too many members of the Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket flying club that did this and are no longer with us. Do the lease or set up a Thai company please.
