Almost $200k to lease this home for 30 years is exactly why Hua Hin is losing its charm. Let's be real, this home is at least 30% overpriced. The real estate market in Hua Hin has turned into "farang selling overpriced property to other farangs". Sure it's nice to do business with other farangs, but work with a 100% Thai owned realtor for the best deals. Paying at least a 30% upcharge just for the comfort of dealing with another farang is crazy.
Wasting $200k in rent over 30 years is insane lol unless you have some sort of home business to write off the payments. I just can’t see myself paying that even if I was old enough to retire
@@Tony-lm5zs Tony, people do it all the time. Home ownership is the American Dream. Plus, if you don't own, you're paying someone's mortgage, and your rent could go up every year.
Hello there young lady you are doing good by showing all of the rooms But I'm interested in the prices of the house and what it did come with or included with the house. I am currently retired and I wanted to go back home to finish retirement in Thailand .
Can anyone here tell me how this works? As I understand it, I can only long term lease the house, so I won't actually really own the house or the land? Please, anyone who knows, fill in the blanks. What other options are there?
Ask agents questions like, is this a saltwater pool. How deep is the pool? Are there any common fees? These questions are the appropriate questions to be asked in this comment session. 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Foreigners can’t own land so typically a lawyer helps you in that process - makes you have a lease hold on the land for 30 yrs with option to extend it 30 yrs at a time. You can also have a Thai co that buys the property; this is the thing about foreigners owning land & house in SEAsian countries! You can by connecting with a local Thai lawyer ( BKK one will know the ins and outs of how to own) get over the hurdles! Good luck. Prices shown are foreigner prices so you should bargain to get local prices usually 25-30% lower.
You are correct. Only Thai citizens can own land. However, Americans et al. can effectively own through a land lease situation. This is the point. You can buy the house and lease the land.
@@lutherfoust5483 do you actually own the house if you don't own the land and only lease the land? Can you be evicted at any time because, let's say the government just decides to change the laws one day without notice? I guess, more scenario based details would be great
@@theStacyJames No, I don't own the house. First of all, I would get a lawyer-a Thai lawyer-to set up the deal. Additionally, I would and do follow lawyers who know the law in Thai ie Benjamin Hart at Integrity Legal ruclips.net/video/jeuDRJ3NHxM/видео.html
I can tell from the outside in front of the house that this one was gonna really be spacious😅. I really like the extra space in the kitchen and in the bathroom.?
Hey sweetie, I think the houses you show are very beautiful and I know several people who love Thailand and would really love to live there!! But that is not possible because they are not married to a Thai partner and/or do not work in Thailand. And then, as I heard, you cannot buy anything in your beautiful country, nor live there. That is an extreme shame because who wouldn't want to live in such a fab country and in such mega beautiful homes?? Warm greetings from an old rebel-Pinkie
What is the neighborhood like ? How are the neighbors? Are they old and cranky? If I bring bar staff from Hua Hin to make pool parties, will the neighbors complain?
Ça a l'ère pas mal, mais si vous n'êtes pas aussi le propriétaire du terrain.. C'est quand même prendre un très gros risques.... Acheté une maison sans être le proprio du terrain aussi, je trouve ça pas raisonnable ....

When I buy my home in Hua Hin, I will ask you to negotiate my deal. Joseph Carmichael, esq.

You know the price is on the thump nail? Look again. The price $195,000.00. And, and she says it at the end.
Any HOA ? Are they shopping mall / groceries/ hospital close by ?
Of all the questions and comments, You sir asked a good one. What are the common fees?????
Can someone please tell me why every new development in Hua Hin looks like it was built in the 90,s?
Love it
My wife (she is from Thailand) said, it is to expansive for a City like Hua Hin.
I like a home by future park😁

You need to talk with a Thai Lawyer about legal questions.
marry thai girl you can trust, or create juridical corporation with help from
firm in BKK to hold title

Glossy tiles is bad taste, if more attract foreigners, matte tiles or wood floor be better, also bright kitchen more better .
I prefer tile to wood. Easier to clean and more durable
