I just looked up the VA because they sounded so familiar!! I know the voice from Gunther (the little dinosaur in Adventure Time) but yeah Pamela Adlon was Bobby Hill, Vidia in the Tinkerbell movies, Spinelli from Recess, and many others!
Heck. Even the developers themselves were beefing with the characters like Luther. There's an easter egg in the first game (missing kelp seeds) where Freddi lets Luther get eaten by the eel. It's glorious.
I remember playing all of the Humongous games. The Creature of Coral Cove was one of the more frustrating Freddi Fish games. I preferred games 3 and 4 for their multiple endings. I also recall my favorite Putt Putt game was when he saves the Zoo and for Pajama Sam it was the Weather Factory game. Also Luther is Freddi's best friend not her little brother.
I didnt play any of these games, but it made me nostalgic for the computer games I did play! I miss the Cluefinders. Id love if you played those on stream!
THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I BOUGHT PUTT PUTT!! I also got the time travel one and I was DEVASTATED when the dog went thru the portal and I couldn't have him as my sidekick for the entire game!!!! it was freaked up
