Years ago before things got so high tech, a hotel concierge, who worked in New York City, complained to me that she didn't know if her clients were actually staying at that hotel or not. Also, that pets wedding was a disgrace and ought never to have occurred.
Only time this poor church mouse was treated like a millionaire was Chicago 2015 Grateful Dead 3 day farewell show. I had tickets for Friday but not Saturday or Sunday. The hotel concierge scored us 2 tickets for Saturday with one phone call $1500!. We tip her very nice. It was the Dead for God sakes would have paid $5000 take the next 12 months paying it off.
